A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Our family has just returned after a fantastic stay at this lovely farmhouse. In spite of a significant delay in arrival on our part, we were greeted by Frederico who was cheerful despite the late hour. He showed us around and helped us settle. The farmhouse and surroundings are even better than the pictures. The host and his family were outstanding in the warmth of their hospitality. This will be a holiday we will remember. We have absolutely no reservation in highly recommending this holiday let. Great place! Great hosts!

It has been one of my best Airbnb experiences! Vittorio and his family are so friendly and offered to pick me up at the station, Grazie for that again! The place itself is so pretty as shown in the photo, very Italian holiday vibe. There are a lot of restaurants with just a few minutes walk. Definitely recommend it! And I’d love go back:)

Ci siamo davvero trovati bene in questa villa. Camere e bagni puliti, cucina ben attrezzata. Terrazza con piscina e vista panoramica mozzafiato sui colli romani. Ottimo location per passare una vacanza con la famiglia e amici. Edoardo è stato molto gentile e disponibile alle nostre richieste.

A fabulous place to stay in Tivoli. The train was about a 10 minute walk and could take you to Rome quickly but being able to return to the place in Tivoli was the best. Lots of shopping and sights to see in Tivoli!

Last minute reservation and I'm glad I found Agostino's place! I truly enjoyed the city, the neighborhood, the restaurants, and Agostino's place. Thank you Agostino, we truly enjoyed our stay!
