Downtown Arcata Studio Apartment is in a fun and lively location just a block from the Arcata Plaza overlooking a popular seafood restaurant and next door to a winery/cidery. Countless restaurants, shops, and the Arcata Co-op are within a block or two. There is free parking in our private parking lot, fast 1 gig/second Wi-fi, washer/dryer in apt, and apt is behind secure gate w/keycode. If your dates aren’t available please let us know and we can add a stay in one of our other two apts.

Located in an upscale quiet neighborhood in the hills above Arcata, near extensive redwood hiking trails. Unwind in our sheltered outdoor living room, with a fire pit by the pond. It is just blocks from the Arcata Plaza, Cal Poly Humboldt, Arcata Community Forest, Redwood Park and the Humboldt Crabs Baseball field. Go Crabbies! From the deck of this one bedroom architecturally modern space, beautiful bayfront sunsets can be enjoyed. Arcata is a very pedestrian friendly, small town. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.

Excellent location with views of the redwood forest. Our bungalow is fully equipped. Come home with your farmer's market bounty and make use of the well-stocked kitchen or balcony grill. Get cozy in the living room at the push of a button with the gas fireplace and Smart TV. Sleep soundly on either the king or queen-sized bed. If you have extra people I can provide an air mattress. Walk from your door to Cal Poly Humboldt, the Arcata Plaza, and Shay Park. A wonderful home base.

Our 710 sq. ft. attached guest house has a small fenced in yard and sits close enough to stroll down to view the ocean or take a 5 min. drive to enjoy the local Hammond hiking/bike trails, and nearby shops and restaurants. An easy trip from Arcata airport (ACV) or Hwy 101 and close access to the areas known beaches, redwood forests, lagoons and marshes to explore. Humboldt Cal Poly is located just 6 miles South.

Equipped to host just two optimally, but up to four guests — it has a queen bed in the snug bedroom, and a double (full-size) sofa bed in the living area. Our garage makeover project created a home with a small footprint but big on style. Blocks to the Arcata Plaza, near shopping, dining & bars.
