This is a quiet neighborhood with NOT a lot of traffic. It is very unique, considering how many businesses of interest are nearby. These businesses include iFly, TopGolf, Main Event, Quail Springs Mall, and dozens of fine restaurants. These places are all within 1-5 miles, either by main streets or the turnpike... I have nice neighbors who look out for each other. I ask that you do NOT throw a party, as they don't appreciate that. Thanks much! I respect my neighbors, as I do guests!
