An absolute sweethearts! I was in desperate need of accommodation, and they responded to me very quickly and answered all my questions. Upon arrival, they helped with my luggage, which I found incredibly kind—and very needed—as I was exhausted. The room was perfect for my needs: small but sweet, with a private bathroom. After checkout, they kindly let me leave my luggage, and when I returned to collect it, they again helped me with it. They were so sweet, noticing I was sweating like crazy (it was over 33°C!). They offered me a cold, refreshing drink, a delicious sour cherry, a hand towel, and a cooling fan to freshen up before I left. It was one of my best stays in Japan. Thank you so much ❣️

super nice for a 4 night stay in Tokyo! it’s close to two train stations so it’s easy to get to from the airport and then get anywhere else, but for someone who likes to walk a lot (like me), it’s in good proximity to Asakusa and Akihabara which is great! The kitchen/common area is a bit small but very cozy, and the dorm rooms are bunk beds that are also very comfortable. The only thing I’d say is that it can get a bit noisy if people are walking around/talking at night, but it is a 120ish year old building so that’s to be expected. The hosts are really friendly and did a great job explaining the place and were happy to help with any questions :) and you get one free drink at the bar attached to it every night! Would definitely recommend.

It’s a quiet environment within walkable distance from Nippori station (which is accessible to Skyliner from Narita Airport). Mostly satisfied with the stay, kitchen well equipped, toilet with bathtub which my children enjoyed. If I were to give some feedback, the 1L kettle is too small to boil enough water for our family of 4 (we drink boiled water), the sofa bed which we utilized as an extra bed has a metal bar in the middle which is quite uncomfortable, the Aircon vents need some cleaning. Ultimately still value for money for the price, location and the space in Tokyo which will be quite expensive if we were to get a 4/5 star hotel in similar place.
