We loved our stay with Cheche! The flat was big and had everything we needed, and the location was amazing - right by the sea, and 2 minutes walk from the local pintxo bars. The only tiny downside was the the shower head holder was slightly broken meaning we had to hold the shower head when we washed, but this was only a small inconvenience, and didn’t detract from the stay much at all. Cheche was a fabulous host - extremely communicative, super friendly and full of great recommendations for pintxo bars and other locations in the city - we’d be delighted to stay with her again!

We had a nice stay at Helen's place. The accommodation had all the amenities we wanted and the place was charming and very quiet. We highly recommend this listing!

Back from an excellent week spent in this accommodation. Everything was perfect, the location, the calm, the quality of the bedding, the cozy decoration... We really had a great week. We enjoyed staying at Anne’s spacious place with easy access to a bakery and market which met our needs. The garden is lovely, private and peaceful. We recommend her place without hesitation.

House as described, very bright, very well-equipped and extremely clean. Comfortable bedding. Very pleasant terrace and exteriors. Green and peaceful setting with beautiful views of the countryside and mountains. All amenities are present to accommodate babies and children. We had the pleasure of interacting with Julien and Magali who live next door but are very discreet on a daily basis. Great welcome, great stay! Lovely overnight stay. Very welcoming, friendly hosts, Susan and Daniel. The house had everything we needed and was very clean with nice touches provided by the hosts. The house is situated at the entrance to a 5-acre property filled with beautiful trees, which, unfortunately, we didn't have time to walk through - maybe next time, as we would like to return to spend more time in the area. The air-con was most appreciated in this hot weather. Thank you, Susan and Daniel - hope to see you again soon.

We had a great time at Elise and Marcel's! The accommodation is really great and the amenities are really well suited for a weekend getaway with family or friends with children.

We loved it! The house is beautiful, very well-equipped, very clean and tastefully decorated. It is very well located, a few kilometers from the sea in a very quiet place, close to the villages of Espelette, Ainhoa, Sare... and with many options for very nice walks to do. Davinia welcomed us very warmly, communication was always very fluid and all the information they gave us was very clear. We felt right at home, and we recommend this place!

Thank you for this time spent in your home, I felt very good and I enjoyed the privacy I was able to have with myself. The place was air-conditioned when I arrived, very clean and just like the pictures. I had an amazing day again. Thank you. 😊 The layout of the exterior is really beautiful, everything was perfect! We had a truly memorable stay at Karen and Laka’s beautiful home in the peaceful village of Varen, France. The location is ideal for exploring some of the most charming towns in the region - Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, Najac, Cordes-sur-Ciel, Albi, and more are all within easy reach. The property itself is thoughtfully appointed, with a lovely private patio garden that opens up to a breathtaking meadow. The swimming pool is perfectly positioned to take in sweeping views of the countryside, forest, and even the village church tower - it’s the kind of peaceful backdrop that invites deep relaxation. Karen and Laka are warm, welcoming hosts who instantly make you feel at home. They offered fantastic local tips and recommendations, clearly sharing a strong connection to their community. Their genuine hospitality made the experience feel less like a rental and more like a second home. 10/10 we’d love to return and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for an authentic French break.

We had a great time at the apartment - it ticks all the boxes - being close to the town centre (which has lovely cafes and restaurants ) a good supermarket and bakery nearby. The train station is close, enabling you to get to places like Bordeaux and Sarlat very easily. Nicolas was a great host , and responded very quickly. Lovely apartment, with a very comfortable bed, and powerful shower set in a quiet neighbourhood.

Beautiful, clean apartment with everything guests need to be comfortable. I especially liked Guillaume welcoming us, providing maps and guidebooks, and a book with instructions for the television, and helpful hints for bicycle use.

Amazing spot right by the splendid castle of Roquetaillade! We were there for a wedding and the 2 bedrooms and is location 500m down the road made it the ideal spot for our weekend getaway! Loved the pool, the animal and Brigitte’s kind attention and recommendations! Hope to come back soon to continue to explore the region 😍

This by far is one of the best AirBnb we have stayed in. It is more like a Bed & Breakfast, as Emmanuelle brings you fresh pastries, homemade jams and so much more every morning for breakfast. She was one of the most helpful and accommodating hosts, as well as came with recommendations for food and activities than trip advisor! Her place is spotless, has A/C (when most do not), and the house made us feel at home. Would definitely take the opportunity to stay here if you have the chance! The house is in walking distance to most restaurants and activities but is still residential enough so you do not hear the city noise.

We stayed in the area for two nights while passing through, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Jean-Claude and Monica welcomed us personally with such warmth and kindness, which made us feel at home right away. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and offered everything we needed — the rooms were comfortable, well-equipped, and clearly maintained with great care. We also truly enjoyed our conversations with Jean-Claude and Monica. They were not only wonderful hosts but also such pleasant and interesting people to talk to. Their hospitality added a very personal and special touch to our stay. The surrounding area is beautiful, with excellent options for shopping and dining nearby. We also really enjoyed visiting the winery up on the hill — the wine tastings there were a real highlight. Our children were especially delighted by the friendly hens on the property — such a charming detail that made the stay even more memorable.
