TV and table. Kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, gas stove, sink, kettle, coffee maker and everything you need for cooking. Lake-view terrace with table and chairs. Air conditioning. No pets allowed.

Aurora Medieval House - Granaio

Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

You will be in the center of a small and quiet town... a great starting point for visiting Rome by taking the train there, about 600 meters away (30 minutes to Rome). If you want, you can reach the sea in just 10 minutes by car (20 minutes by train). There are 2 bars and a few shops near the house. Car parking is reserved, but on the road; for motorcycles, indoor parking. At your disposal is a private balcony and terrace equipped for dining in the open air⛱️ fenced! Small pets are allowed.

A few kilometers from Rome, a corner of paradise surrounded by greenery, a design villa with a small private swimming pool.
