Posto incantevole, silenzioso, tranquillo. Casa dotata di ogni comfort. Host gentile e attento

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Woche in Federicos gepflegtem Haus und Umgebung verbracht. Uns gefiel die ruhige Lage der Unterkunft und der Blick in die Berge sehr. Besonders schön war es, den Morgenkaffee in den ersten Sonnenstrahlen am Haus im wunderschönen Garten zu genießen oder am späteren Nachmittag etwas Lesezeit auf den Liegestühlen in der Sonne unter den Palmen zu verbringen. Toll ist auch der helle und gemütliche Wintergarten für alle Mahlzeiten. Federico ist ein warmherziger Gastgeber und stets erreichbar bei Fragen oder für Absprachen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons passés une semaine, début du mois de janvier, dans le chalet et c’était très confortable malgré les températures extérieures négatives. Les multiples points de chaleur (poêle à pellets, feu ouvert et radiateur) nous ont permis d’être parfaitement en confort et nous avions toujours du bois et du pellets en suffisance, mis à disposition. Notre hôte a été adorable et bienveillant. Le chalet était très propre ainsi que les draps et essuies disponibles ☺️ Le chalet est situé dans un endroit magnifique, très calme et avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes. La région est très charmante, beaucoup de randos possible et de restaurants à tester. Je recommande aussi un passage à l’office du tourisme de Teglio, où nous avons été très bien reçus et conseillés. Des vacances parfaites ! Rien à redire 😌 une grand grand merci !

La casa è un gioiellino, ma se possibile il paese e i dintorni ancor di più. Noi due e i nostri amici pelosetti ci siamo innamorati dell’aria che si respira, un posto incastonato nel tempo ma allo stesso tempo a un passo da tutto. La valmalenco e le sue montagne sono un posto mozzafiato che rimane nel cuore! Anche per i cani è un alloggio super indicato in quanto non manca spazio interno ed esterno. Compaesani simpatici e amichevoli. Lo adorerete!

Wir waren schon das Zweite Mal bei Daniela, weil alles es einfach nur wunderschön ist und man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Besser gehts nicht🥰

Die Unterkunft war super und die Kommunikation war auch immer Top. Sehr ruhig gelegenes Häuschen- also genau richtig zum abschalten;). Der Pool war klasse und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub .

Ottima esperienza. La casa si presenta con una zona living con vetrate per una vista invidiabile. Posizione comoda anche per famiglie con bambini piccoli, vicino a molti punti di interesse, non mancano ristoranti e pub. Host molto cortesi e disponibili, ci hanno fornito con precisione tutte le info richieste. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!

Das Haus war schlicht perfekt für uns - bei Sonnenschein haben wir die herrliche Aussicht draussen genossen. An den kühleren Tagen haben wir vor dem Cheminée gemütlich gelesen. Die Betten waren so kuschlig, dass wir manchmal einfach nur liegenbleiben wollten, aber dann hat uns das sehr luxuriöse Bad doch noch zum Duschen motiviert 😉! Auch die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Da es etwas kühler war, haben wir sogar im Mai noch ein letztes Fondue mit Bergkäse aus der Region gemacht - herrlich!

Ho affittato l’appartamento per mio figlio e i suoi amici e ne sono rimasti pienamente soddisfatti, più grande di quello che sembra in foto , accogliente pulito e dotato di ogni comfort.Monica è stata fin da subito gentile e disponibile ,una vera padrona di casa. Torneranno sicuramente

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren ersten Aufenthalt am Gardasee in Danieles Apartment. Die Lage ist einmalig und die Aussicht wunderbar, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Begrüßung durch Danieles Eltern war wunderbar und wir konnten jederzeit mit Daniele kommunizieren und uns Tipps für die Gegend holen. Mit Blick über den Gardasee einschlafen oder kochen und frühstücken macht den Besuch nach den ganzen Aktivitäten entspannend und schön. Das Apartment ist zudem sehr schön eingerichtet und die Postkarten sind einfach schön. Grazie Daniele!

I had an amazing stay at Daniele’s! The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the cities and mountains around. The space was spotless, well-organized, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything exceeded my expectations, and the attention to detail was fantastic. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area – I would definitely stay here again!

Vacanza dedicata al riposo e l'appartamento di Luca è stato perfetto. Molto spazioso, pulito, fornito di tutto l'occorrente e con splendida visuale sulle montagne. Ideale per chi cerca una vacanza tranquilla immersa nel verde della natura. Sconsiglio a chi ha problemi di deambulazione in quanto posto al piano primo senza ascensore e con accessi dal cortile con pendenze importanti. Un problema all'arrivo causato da lavori nel centro del borgo di Precasaglio è stato prontamente risolto grazie ai consigli della moglie di Luca (Debora) che con molta gentilezza ci ha indicato l'alternativa per accedere all'alloggio. Un grazie particolare per esserci venuti incontro riguardo un problema che ci è capitato all'ultimo momento prima di partire. Se avremo un'altra occasione ci piacerebbe sicuramente tornare. The accomodation was very sweet, in a good location. Sergio was responsive and very helpful. His father was also very friendly and even gave us a lift from the ferry port, which was lovely.

Enrico and Flavia’s Airbnb was perfect for us! 10/10 I would recommend and we’re already planning a trip back. The view was beautiful, Flavia was very friendly, and the space was super clean! We were 3 adults and a very active toddler and there was more than enough room for all of us. We did have a car which was helpful, we did lots of exploring from this location and didn’t want to leave. There was a pack n play and high chair for the baby which was great. Communication was seamless as well. We got there early and left a little bit late and Flavia was great with everything. If you’re on the fence about booking, just book you won’t regret it!

Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour. Logement en très bon état et très propre. Très bien placé, tout proche de l'embarcadère, tout se fait à pied. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Corina. L'ile de Monte Isola est parfaite pour la marche (pas de voitures sur l'ile)

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen und die Lage ist toll! Super praktisch für einen Aufenthalt mitten in Chiavenna.

Ein sehr schönes Haus direkt am Seeufer gelegen. Das Haus ist gepflegt und verfügt über alles, was man für einen entspannenden Urlaub benötigt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Es wird auch eine Grundausstattung wie Kaffeekapseln ( Nespresso), Mineralwasser und Gewürze usw zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage ist perfekt mit wunderbarem Blick auf den See, sowohl vom Garten wie von dem Balkon. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und abseits vom Touristentrubel am Hafen. Es ist nur per Boot bzw zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Inselbus hat eine Haltestelle oben im Dorf 10 Minuten Fußweg) und fährt nicht nach unten. Ein absolutes Ruheplus. Im Ort oben gibt es eine gute Metzgerei und einen Supermarkt, 2 Restaurants und 2 Bars. Floriana ist eine äußerst zuvorkommende und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin mit der man sich sehr gut unterhalten kann. Das Haus ist perfekt für Zeit des Abschaltens, der Erholung aber auch für Wanderer. Da der Garten vollständig umzäunt ist, kann der Hund frei herumlaufen

Our family of 8 adults spent a great week at Roberto's villa. Even though we were unlucky with the weather, there was so much to do in this house and around the area. When we arrived verything was very clean and Roberto was very flexible and full of trust towards new guests. Plus, he was always available for questions and provided helpful recommendations & gifts of hospitality (the cherry on top of the stay). If you are looking for a place full of ammenities and opportunities to enjoy your vacation you will not be disappointed!

Schöne Unterkunft, leicht erreichbar in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Restaurants und Lebensmittelladen gut auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis einfach top. Sehr empfehlenswert für Motorradfahrer, da eine Garage mit ausreichend Platz vorhanden war und die Unterkunft ein Selbst Check In hat.

La casa ha una posizione eccellente x vista ed anche x spostarsi essendo praticamente davanti al Monte Isola. Matteo è una persona squisita, risponde sempre ed anche in maniera tempestiva ad ogni messaggio e se vi sono problemi fa il possibile x risolverli. Consiglio a tutti un soggiorno il questa casa, non rimarrete delusi.
