We spent a very relaxing week in Federico's well-kept house and surroundings. We liked the quiet location of the accommodation and the view of the mountains very much. It was particularly nice to enjoy the morning coffee in the first rays of sunshine at the house in the beautiful garden or to spend some reading time on the deck chairs in the sun under the palm trees in the late afternoon. The bright and cozy winter garden is also great for all meals. Federico is a warm host and always available for questions or arrangements. We felt completely comfortable.

We spent a week, beginning of January, in the cottage and it was very comfortable despite the negative outside temperatures. The multiple heat points (pellet stove, open fire and radiator) allowed us to be perfectly comfortable and we always had enough wood and pellets, available. Our host was lovely and caring. The cottage was very clean as well as the sheets and towels available ☺️ The cottage is located in a beautiful place, very quiet and with amazing views of the mountains. The area is very charming, lots of hikes possible and restaurants to try. I also recommend a visit to the Teglio tourist office, where we were very well received and advised. A perfect vacation! No complaints, 😌 a big thank you!

The house is a gem, but if possible the village and the surroundings even more. The two of us and our furry friends fell in love with the air you breathe, a place set in time but at the same time close to everything. The Valmalenco and its mountains are a breathtaking place that stays in the heart! It's also a super-appointed place for dogs as there's no lack of indoor and outdoor space. Friendly and friendly Compaesani. You will love it!

We stayed with Daniela for the second time because everything is just beautiful and you feel completely comfortable. It doesn't get any better🥰

The perfect Getaway. Beautiful Nature , perfect for biking and a fully equipped house that is tailored for 8 adults. Two rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Andy and Sabine are the definition of Superhosts. We will be back.

Excellent experience. The house has a living area with windows for an enviable view. Convenient location also for families with small children, close to many points of interest, there is no shortage of restaurants and pubs. Very courteous and helpful hosts, they provided us with all the information we requested. We will definitely be back!!!

We really enjoyed the days in Val Poschiavo. The great accommodation was a perfect base for our excursions. The house is great! Sensational location with views over the entire valley, very good amenities, absolutely clean, great garden. The communication with Ursula was very pleasant. A few days before arrival, we received all the necessary information and Ursula also tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thanks a lot!

I had the pleasure of staying in Monica's attic with my family and I must say that it was an incredible experience! The attic is super-equipped, with everything you could wish for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is ideal, the view is breathtaking, and the atmosphere is cozy and warm. Her dad gave us the chance to take our kids to visit his horses. Monica was a fantastic host, helpful and attentive to the needs of guests. The attic is truly beautiful and wonderful, (we would also like to try it for New Year's Eve since it has a fireplace and a pellet stove) with a design and furnishings that make it unique and special. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality stay in a cozy and comfortable environment. Rating: 5/5 stars Tip: book in advance, because this attic is a real gem and you won't want to miss it!

We had a wonderful first stay at Lake Garda in Daniele's apartment. The location is unique and the view wonderful, we felt comfortable right away. The welcome by Daniele's parents was wonderful and we were able to communicate with Daniele at any time and get tips for the area. Falling asleep or cooking and having breakfast with a view of Lake Garda makes the visit relaxing and beautiful after all the activities. The apartment is also very nicely decorated and the postcards are simply beautiful. Grazie Daniele!

I had an amazing stay at Daniele’s! The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the cities and mountains around. The space was spotless, well-organized, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything exceeded my expectations, and the attention to detail was fantastic. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area – I would definitely stay here again!

A vacation dedicated to rest and Luca's apartment was perfect. Very spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need and with a beautiful view of the mountains. Ideal for those looking for a quiet holiday surrounded by nature. I do not recommend it for those who have walking problems as it is located on the first floor without an elevator and with access from the courtyard with significant slopes. A problem on arrival caused by works in the center of the village of Precasaglio was promptly solved thanks to the advice of Luca's wife (Debora) who very kindly showed us the alternative to access the accommodation. A special thank you for coming to us about a problem that happened to us at the last minute before leaving. If we have another chance, we'd definitely like to come back. Thank you and goodbye! The accomodation was very sweet, in a good location. Sergio was responsive and very helpful. His father was also very friendly and even gave us a lift from the ferry port, which was lovely.

Enrico and Flavia’s Airbnb was perfect for us! 10/10 I would recommend and we’re already planning a trip back. The view was beautiful, Flavia was very friendly, and the space was super clean! We were 3 adults and a very active toddler and there was more than enough room for all of us. We did have a car which was helpful, we did lots of exploring from this location and didn’t want to leave. There was a pack n play and high chair for the baby which was great. Communication was seamless as well. We got there early and left a little bit late and Flavia was great with everything. If you’re on the fence about booking, just book you won’t regret it!

We liked the apartment and the location is great! Super convenient for a stay in the middle of Chiavenna.

A very nice house located directly on the lake shore. The house is well maintained and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped. Basic equipment such as coffee capsules (Nespresso), mineral water and spices, etc. will also be provided. The location is perfect with wonderful lake views, both from the garden and balcony. The house is very quiet and away from the tourist hustle and bustle at the harbor. It is only accessible by boat or on foot. The island bus has a stop at the top of the village (10 minutes walk) and does not go down. An absolute plus for peace and quiet. In the village above there is a good butcher and a supermarket, 2 restaurants and 2 bars. Floriana is an extremely accommodating and very friendly hostess with whom you can talk very well. The house is perfect for time to switch off, relax but also for hikers. Since the garden is completely fenced, the dog can walk around freely

Before arrival, we received a detailed description of which route to the house is the most suitable. (for us slightly longer, but more passable). And how to get inside. Recommendations for shops and restaurants nearby. Lots of information about the accommodation.

Our family of 8 adults spent a great week at Roberto's villa. Even though we were unlucky with the weather, there was so much to do in this house and around the area. When we arrived verything was very clean and Roberto was very flexible and full of trust towards new guests. Plus, he was always available for questions and provided helpful recommendations & gifts of hospitality (the cherry on top of the stay). If you are looking for a place full of ammenities and opportunities to enjoy your vacation you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful accommodation, easily accessible in a quiet environment. Restaurants and grocery store also within walking distance. Value for money just great. Highly recommended for motorcyclists, as there was a garage with enough space and the accommodation has a self check-in.

The house has an excellent location for views and also for getting around, being practically in front of Monte Isola. Matteo is a lovely person, he always responds promptly to every message and if there are problems he does everything possible to solve them. I recommend everyone stay in this house, you won't be disappointed.
