Our second time staying here. We love the lake view and nice details and finishing touches of the place.

Words cannot explain how beautiful this place was. I felt like a princess the furniture and details were everything. You can tell how much of their soul was put into the design of this home. I couldn’t get enough of it! The host is such an icon for letting others rent this exciting experience. Everything was clean and organized. It’s such a good place to see lots of views and such a safe environment. If you’re in a relationship this is such an amazing spot to spend time at. You feel like royalty here, great games were in place like “truth or drink” brought us together. The hot tub made us feel so relaxed. It was for sure a needed getaway for me and my partner. The theme of this home is such a gem I adore it so much that it’s been the best Airbnb we’ve rented.

I had a wonderful stay. Host Stephanie showed great hospitality. Very responsive to our needs. Clean house and property. Felt like i was in a vacation home and not a prison like some of the other Air bnbs ive come across. Most definitely a must stay if your visiting southern Cali. Thanks you

We had a great stay at this Home. It was beautiful, very clean, spacious and well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful. We felt very comfortable and safe in the area. Would definitely recommend for a family getaway.

The house was as described with nice furnishings and a great view of the lake. The kids loved the game room and hot tub. Hosts were extremely responsive and the check out was as simple as locking the property behind us. Hot tub was already heated upon arrival.

Beautiful modern cabin that had great amenities to enjoy the stay. We especially loved cooking meals there. Gianna outfitted the kitchen with all the pots/pans and tools needed to make a nice meal. The space was cozy and private, making it a peaceful trip to lounge and relax while looking out to nature through the large pane windows. It felt like home away from home. Thank you, Gianna!

This is a lovely spot! It’s quiet, spacious, and CLEAN! Aaron was a responsive and friendly host, as well. There are two great taco spots just across the street and within walking distance of Riverside Food Lab. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Walking distance to the slopes. You don't need to worry about parking. Perfect for a family vacation. We returned for lunch so we didn't have to wait at the restaurant. The apartment is clean and uncluttered. The host is very responsive, and accommodating. Recommend the space.

Leanne was a great and responsive host. Always was a step ahead and proactively reached out with instructions or just to ask if we needed anything. Check in was a breeze and the overall surroundings were nice and quiet. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals and thoughtful touches like coffee (both keurig cups and ground) and individual tea bags were all ready for us to make it feel like home. If ever back in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Such a great and relaxing weekend.

There’s definitely pros and cons to this place but overall had a pleasant stay. The house overall looked clean when we arrived. There are some minor cosmetic issues that make the house look/feel unfinished though. Beds were comfy and all the appliances worked. Like other reviews mentioned, there’s no dishwasher and the kitchen was lacking in cooking utensils so we had to buy our own. We messaged the host about the ice maker not working and they did not offer to fix it, they simply replied with “maybe it can’t make ice. I’m sorry”. We also had issues with one of the gas burner knobs and the water filter knob coming off. The washer and dryer worked great but they were extremely loud so we had to always close both doors that lead to where they are. The bedrooms have very thin walls and we could hear the people staying in the main house very clearl

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

Honestly this was such an amazing place. We rented out the entire retreat so our team was split into all the units available. Very secluded and private if you rent out the whole area.. or even if you rent out one of the houses. It was raining the entire time we were there so the vibes were different but still so beautiful. We’d love to come back in the summertime! We rented this out as we originally needed to be in riverside which was only a 30-40 minute drive. Please keep in mind there is no signal and to drive carefully when it is raining or when there is fog, still manageable tho! Truly loved it and thank you again!

Had a wonderful time at Leanne’s place this past Memorial Day weekend. Just as described, clean and very nice making sure we were enjoying our trip.

We appreciated that it was a place that allowed pets & did not smell like pets! Location was great & clean.

Shelly's place was just what we needed for a short weekend. Unit C is part of a larger 3-unit complex, but is completely separate from the other two (separate entrance, back patio, grill, etc.). It was a warmer weekend than we expected, but there was a portable AC unit in the closet of the larger of the two bedrooms that worked well. One thing I would note is that the sun shines directly into the kitchen and living room in the afternoon which can cause the two rooms to become pretty warm, but if you pull the curtains/blinds, it will help - you also get a great view of the sun as it goes down at night. The house is in a great neighborhood that is on the lake and about a 10-12 minute walk into town. Would highly recommend staying at Shelly's place.

We enjoyed our stay for Memorial Day Weekend. This was our first experience renting a condo instead of a single family home, and the property felt safe & was family friendly. Our toddler enjoyed the pool house & having other kids around to play with which was a nice change for us. The location was a quick drive into the village and even on a holiday weekend did not feel crowded. The condo itself was nicely decorated with a modern touch, and very spacious for a 2 bedroom. I really enjoyed the large tub next to the fireplace in the downstairs room. There were plenty of clean fluffy towels for both bathrooms as well as the pool area. The kitchen had the basics to cook quick meals, and the open floor plan made hanging out while cooking enjoyable. We had a few hiccups upon checkin and the host was always responsive, kind, and did their best to accommodate a quick fix. We’d visit again!

We stayed in Hayley's condo for 3 weeks. The condo had everything we needed for such a long stay. The location is great, right next to Boulder Bay park! There is a kayak rental place right next door as well as a small convenience store. There is also a great breakfast/lunch place. The condo was very clean. Hayley left great instructions and some local recommendations. Everything you need is just a short drive away! Some things I would like to recommend: - Pizza Kama > Located on the next block. Very good - Pickle's Pie Shop > just TRUST ME! This woman makes the most amazing pies. She is only open for a few hours Wednesdays-Sunday, starting at 10:30, and there is a line out the door! Get their early and thank me later! - Farmer's Market > Every Tuesday there is a farmer's market by the Convention Center/Wyatt's. It is a really great market! So much fresh produce and food trucks and delicious treats! - Old German Deli > So so so good! Try the Schinkenwurst (if that's how you spell it)!

We had a wonderful stay at this Big Bear condo! The location was excellent, peaceful and conveniently situated near the marina. During our visit, their was a brief power outage due to high winds in the area, and Amanda was incredibly responsive and attentive. She kept us informed every step of the way and answered all our questions promptly, which made us feel taken care of. We truly appreciate the communication and hospitality. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Big Bear!

The place was very clean, very well laid out and homey, lots of closet space, and I can't say enough about how well-stocked the house was! Plenty of kitchen supplies - everything you could ever need - as well as cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, even extra toilet paper and tissues if you ran out. Office area was a great place to sit and put on my make-up and dry my hair (using the portable make up mirror provided in the bathroom) while my husband showered! Eric was very responsive to any questions. Easy check-in and check out. We would definitely stay again if in the area.
