Located north of 210 with access to all major freeway including the 15 freeway. The stand alone air system only serves the Suite. We are a 3-minute drive to Ralph’s Shopping Center which also consist of stores such as Starbucks, Wells Fargo, UPS, and Enterprise. 15 minute drive to Ontario Airport.

Costco is only 2 minutes away, while the popular Ontario Mills and Victoria Gardens shopping centers are both within a 15-minute driving.

Spacious private-entry guest suite converted from the home’s master bedroom. Fully separate from the main house with keypad access, private attached bathroom, Wi-Fi, large TV, mini fridge, microwave, and seating area. Sleeps up to 3 with a king-size bed and optional full bed. Located in a historic 1895 home—updated but with a few quirks: toilet paper goes in the trash (older pipes). Quiet space, no parties. I live on-site, respect your privacy, and am always available if needed.

It's not huge, but it's clean and the location is great -- walking distance to the Claremont Village and the 5 Claremont Colleges. People from all backgrounds are welcome in our casita. Currently our side fence is down because of high winds in the process of fixing it but we do have a 4ft high secure metal temporarily wire fence.
