This was an amazing stay for my wife and I, we had a wonderful time on our trip. The home was clean, taken care of and if there were any issues Sally was extremely responsive. The surroundings are beautiful, the hot tub was a nice addition as well and was nice to soak in for a bit at night under the stars. 10/10 stay, we will definitely be back! We absolutely adored our stay at Kashmir. The serene setting was utterly magical and the house was beautifully and thoughtfully done. We loved hanging out in the hot tub and watching the stars in the evenings and sitting on the patio drinking coffee in the mornings. The area is stunning with great views and is very private. The outdoor shower is so fun, sexy, and such a vibe. We were impressed by how conveniently located we were as well — despite feeling secluded and rural, we were 15-30min away from basically every adventure we could imagine (including Joshua Tree!). Elizabeth was incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to work with. We loved our time so much that we asked to extend our stay; while Kashmir was unavailable, Elizabeth graciously arranged for us to stay at another of her beautiful spots nearby. We really appreciate the flexibility and loved having the extra day in the area. We’re already planning our next visit!!

Honestly it was worth what I paid great views and a good get away for me and my girlfriend and I loved how peaceful it was at night

My wife, son and lil puppy all enjoyed this home. For those who are planning future visit, pack plenty of insect repellants. There were a lot of activities to do in the backyard, but there were plenty of any hills also. If you are planning to see stars at night, find dates when the moon is not fully bright. Overall a great vacation.

What a magical place to be. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back. Pool was perfect. Views were perfect… can’t be more happy with this house and location.

We were looking for a break and wanted a remote quiet place to spend a couple of days and recharge. We found it here. The place was amazing. Nice and quiet, surrounded by beauty. We got to see a family of quail, with many babies, we think their nest was near the jacuzzi cause they came out everyday. Also rabbits and a roadrunner. All of them just outside the window. The neighborhood was remote and quiet and having a hot tub to come to after a day of visiting Joshua Tree Park was priceless. Would love to return.

This was our second time staying at Terra Nova and it was just as wonderful as the first! The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and peaceful. We spent the afternoons in the pool overlooking the gorgeous desert and ended our nights with stargazing on the yoga deck. Brian and Lindsay have added so many thoughtful touches around their home that we appreciate. You can tell they have put a lot of work into it. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed and can’t wait to visit again!

Ingrid is a warm-hearted woman with a gentle spirit and a gift for hospitality. Her space reflects her persona and is engineered for comfortable living. From the kitchenette, to the bathroom, to the laundry space, to the bed area, to the porch table and pool, everything is master planned for perfection. Ingrid's attention to detail transforms a cozy space into an understated yet extremely luxurious experience. Hand crafted soap, scented oils, complimentary domestic supplies, wines glasses, a smoking area, and spa-like amenities really make this location a gem in the region. I would recommend Ingrid's place to singles, couples, or a small family with one child, as it is on the smaller side, but it beats any 3-star hotel and easily rivals a 4-star experience. It is truly equivalent to a 5-star experience and superior to most places in Victor Valley.

I was in town for a family emergency and KCs place was just 3 short minutes from my destination. The beds were comfy, it was quiet, clean and for my needs was perfect. It was so perfect I extended my stay a couple nights! Thank you.

This is a lovely spot! It’s quiet, spacious, and CLEAN! Aaron was a responsive and friendly host, as well. There are two great taco spots just across the street and within walking distance of Riverside Food Lab. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Karen was always responsive and the crew was very helpful with recommendations on things to see. Very clean, peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!

With extremely little to no light pollution, Inge and Fred’s listing was the absolute perfect, secluded place we could’ve picked for our last minute trip to stargaze and catch the milky way! I loved how they anticipated and provided us with clear directions and tips so we were able prepare and find our way to and around the studio with absolute no issue. The studio was very clean, well thought out, and so so cozy, we really couldn’t have asked for anything more. The outdoor space is nicely sectioned off with a grill and lounger chairs offering total privacy and the most breathtaking views of the night sky and sunrise. I would definitely stay again and am in fact looking forward for the next opportunity to do so!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was perfect, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space. Communication was smooth and easy, and the host made sure we felt welcomed from start to finish. We especially loved how peaceful and relaxing it was—perfect for a getaway. We’d absolutely love to come back next year. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Bryant is a great host, proactive, responsive, and clear! The place was great, open floor plan plenty of room and provided a paddle board and a float! I would definitely recommend to anyone!

We really enjoyed staying in Michelle’s place for Memorial Day weekend. Even though there were many people at the lake that weekend, the condo itself was very quiet. It was great to be walking distance to the lake. The decorations were really nice and the kitchen had everything we needed.

This was our second time staying at Anne’s place. Just like the first time, her place was clean and she was very communicative. The location is less than a mile to London Bridge, so it’s very convenient. We would stay there again! Thank you Anne!!

Great place! We would highly recommend this location because it’s close to the water, safety, and near every restaurant and coffee spot! The condo was clean and a vibe! Easy access and Ashley was very nice! We will stay again for sure. 👍

We stayed in Hayley's condo for 3 weeks. The condo had everything we needed for such a long stay. The location is great, right next to Boulder Bay park! There is a kayak rental place right next door as well as a small convenience store. There is also a great breakfast/lunch place. The condo was very clean. Hayley left great instructions and some local recommendations. Everything you need is just a short drive away! Some things I would like to recommend: - Pizza Kama > Located on the next block. Very good - Pickle's Pie Shop > just TRUST ME! This woman makes the most amazing pies. She is only open for a few hours Wednesdays-Sunday, starting at 10:30, and there is a line out the door! Get their early and thank me later! - Farmer's Market > Every Tuesday there is a farmer's market by the Convention Center/Wyatt's. It is a really great market! So much fresh produce and food trucks and delicious treats! - Old German Deli > So so so good! Try the Schinkenwurst (if that's how you spell it)!
