Great place with even greater potential!! The location is unbeatable, you can see the mountain, see people getting ready at the parking lot and it is 5-7 min walk to the lifts. The space is great, the rooms are spacious, there are two bathrooms and the kitchen is lovely. The place could use some love; it is very clearly an Airbnb and not a lived-in space, but it has everything you need. And again, the location is insanely amazing! We had a great stay (stayed with a 1,5 yo - this place is good for small children, FYI)

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

Honestly this was such an amazing place. We rented out the entire retreat so our team was split into all the units available. Very secluded and private if you rent out the whole area.. or even if you rent out one of the houses. It was raining the entire time we were there so the vibes were different but still so beautiful. We’d love to come back in the summertime! We rented this out as we originally needed to be in riverside which was only a 30-40 minute drive. Please keep in mind there is no signal and to drive carefully when it is raining or when there is fog, still manageable tho! Truly loved it and thank you again!

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as great as the first! The home is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. It’s in a perfect location — close to the off-roading trails and easy to find. We really appreciate how easy and smooth the check-in process is, and the communication is always excellent. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing stay in the area. We’ll definitely be back!

A Perfect Family Getaway! This house is the ideal escape for families! There's so much to do for kids of all ages, and it truly offers something for everyone. This was our second year staying here, and we loved every minute of it. Watching my whole family enjoy the lake and have fun together was absolutely priceless. The house is packed with amenities—just bring your bathing suit and some food, and you're all set for an unforgettable vacation!

My Family and I loved our stay so much the kids asked to come back to this exact home for a week in July!! The whole lake community was nice and we loved it!! Our group of 9 people (including 3 small kids) had an amazing stay at this property. Our host, Jeremiah, was nothing but kind, friendly and helpful. He was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and had everything we needed. The house is absolutely beautiful and very nicely decorated. I immediately felt comfortable and right at home. There was more than enough space for our group and it was nice that there were several workspaces for those in our group who had to work and do school remotely. I highly recommend this property and would love to stay there again!

Had an awesome stay at Joseph’s place when we came to Redlands for a wedding. He and his team were helpful and responsive to any questions and even allowed me to check in early since the place was available. The unit was clean, exactly as pictured and just what we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is peaceful, felt safe and is a very short drive or moderate walk to downtown Redlands. Would highly recommend if you’re coming to the area!

We enjoyed our stay for Memorial Day Weekend. This was our first experience renting a condo instead of a single family home, and the property felt safe & was family friendly. Our toddler enjoyed the pool house & having other kids around to play with which was a nice change for us. The location was a quick drive into the village and even on a holiday weekend did not feel crowded. The condo itself was nicely decorated with a modern touch, and very spacious for a 2 bedroom. I really enjoyed the large tub next to the fireplace in the downstairs room. There were plenty of clean fluffy towels for both bathrooms as well as the pool area. The kitchen had the basics to cook quick meals, and the open floor plan made hanging out while cooking enjoyable. We had a few hiccups upon checkin and the host was always responsive, kind, and did their best to accommodate a quick fix. We’d visit again!

Amazing location close 3 min walk to the park and fishing pier , 2 min walk to the local corner store and pizza place ; and a 7 min drive into the town ! The house was so clean and way better in person than the photos , it’s a must stay we will definitely be coming back in the future !!
