Just a few miles from Todi, perfect location from which to explore this delighful part of Italy famed for its cultural and historical attractions such as the towns of Assisi, Spoleto and Orvieto. The house is located off a 3km white road with no public lighting.

The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
