Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Apennine Mountains

We stayed here for a weekend to escape the chaos of the city, the place is magical, inside a wonderful forest and with the possibility of reaching the center of Monte Livata on foot with a pleasant walk.🌿 The house is very nice and super characteristic, the possibility of lighting the fireplace makes everything more magical and cozy!!! Filippo was very kind, welcomed us with enthusiasm and dedicated himself to us by showing us, among other things, also the best places and restaurants to go. Beautiful experience, it was just what we were looking for, thank you!!!

Marco's house is well located in the center of Pescasseroli from where you can easily reach all the towns of the National Park, the proximity of the car parking makes everything very simple. The house is nice and spacious, four of us stayed comfortably. Marco was very helpful for travel tips and directions. Thank you!

The apartment is simply gorgeous. The attention to detail and the optimization of the spaces is incredible. The location is strategic, quiet but at the same time very close to the village and beaches, reachable in a few minutes on foot. Mohammed is a very welcoming and helpful host, for any need you can count on him. If you're staying here, you won't have to think about anything but relaxing. Villa Lory was a lovely place to stay during our week spent there in August.Lory and Antonio are excellent hosts,Antonio gave us a full tour of the property and explained how everything worked. Google translate was helpful for more complex queries,as we do not speak Italian.The Villa is very private and secluded,the street is quiet and had good parking for our rental car. As others mention,as the place is on a hillside,a car was very handy-or you could hire a moped for nipping out and about locally. The pool was clean and cool-the kids loved it and a godsend in the hot August weather,as was the air conditioning in the Villa! Beds were super comfortable,bathroom was very clean and also had facilities for doing laundry(very handy with kids!) .There are places to eat in the local area,but the kitchen in the villa has all amenities,so we often cooked for ourselves and made the most of being in such a lovely Villa!

Rossana's house is beautiful and she is incredibly nice and helpful 💕 An absolute recommendation! We had a super great week! The accommodation is furnished with a lot of love for detail and taste, a real highlight! In addition, you have a fantastic view of the bay of La Spezia. And direct access to the Cinque Terre hiking trails. What more could you ask for!

We had a nice stay at this Airbnb. It is up very high in the hills and quite an adventure to reach, but we enjoyed the drive up. The home is large and has a rustic vibe. We did have to be quite careful of the apartment below in the morning and evening, since our children are energetic and like to run around. It was hard to be quiet and we didn't realize this home was more of an apartment. Still a decent stay and would recommend.

We felt right at home, Mario was helpful and kind, the house was very clean, tidy, practical. The house is in a nice location in the village, near the ski slopes Le Polle. Everything was great, thank you Mario.

Perfect place to stay for a few nights. Naples in itself is crowded, noisy, and a-lot of litter in the streets. But once you look past all that its ok city to visit, if you do then this airbnb is the place to go.

Everything was very nice and very faithful to the description made , Massimo was always available while Grandma Ilde welcomed us as a loving mother welcomed her children after a long trip, immediately available to cook something for us, she covered us with attention, offered us a dessert made by her very good and we immediately felt at home. Lovely and quiet place, even our dog had a lot of fun. highly recommend it.

Giancarlo’s place is perfect ,cozy, central and close to the slopes . Giancarlo was very responsive and helped us with all we needed. I definitely recommend his place.

We spent three nights with our family of five and our dog at Marco's place. We felt very comfortable. The farmhouse with the natural stones and the open wooden beam exudes a very pleasant atmosphere. It is very spacious and well suited for a larger family. The area with the many populated hills is unique. Marco was very accommodating and helpful. The sibilline mountains are just a stone's throw away, we did two beautiful hikes to the Lame Rosse and the Infernaccio Gorge. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

I liked the balcony overlooking the sea...functional and spartan the studio the way I like it. On the seafront, just outside my very attractive pastry bar building.

We had an excellent stay at agriturismo Le Calle. Riccardo and Savina are looking very well after their guests. Their hospitality is very good; it feels more or less like home. The apartment was well equiped and situated. Lovely pool and garden.

A lovely flat and well equipped. Quiet and spacious. We walked to a lovely restaurant not too far away. Host very responsive.

We stayed at Leonardo‘s place for a short weekend trip to explore the surrounding mountains. This is truly the perfect place for a romantic getaway and Leonardo is the perfect host, responsive and full of amazing recommendations for what to do in the area.

It was great. The very welcoming and well-equipped house. Calefaçao in every room and pleasant spaces with a beautiful fireplace in the living room. We had a great Christmas as a family.

Spectacular place! If you are looking for a location surrounded by nature, with ideal spaces for 10 people, this place is ideal! We spent 4 days in a company of friends, between walks and a few drinks in chill and we had a great time. Enrico and Giuseppina were super helpful and ready to advise us

We had a great time at Carlo's! Mount Amiata is a lovely place (we are here for cliffs, highly recommended). The place exactly matches the photos, it's beautiful, clean, and comfortable. You sleep very well, immersed in nature and silence! Carlo is a kind and helpful host. We'll definitely be back:)

Chalet nestled in the woods, in front of a ski run with a chairlift. Clean house with every necessary comfort (smart TV, induction pans, kettle for water, espresso machine...). As described it has 3 comfortable double rooms plus 2 functional attic for when you are in large groups. The spa containing steam room and sauna is a gem. The Host is always available for any needs and advice. Weekend top. (I recommend bringing food with you since the supermarket is not very close).
