A beautiful fully furnished apartment on the second floor of an ancient Neapolitan building from 1891 with an elevator. Spacious, bright and with very high ceilings, windows and balcony overlooking one of the most vibrant and authentic areas of the center. A large bedroom with a king-size bed and a Memorex mattress, a wardrobe and desk, a bright living area with a sofa, a kitchen with everything you need to immerse yourself in the Neapolitan culinary tradition, and a bathroom with a shower. The entire apartment is available for guests and covered by free high-speed Wi-Fi internet. We love to entertain, help to discover the city, and make friends with solar, friendly, warm-hearted, travelers (not tourists), who love their life and who are as flexible as needed to truly experience Naples, a little less we love to host rigid and uncompromising people, perfection maniacs or stressed tourists who think they're booking a hotel at low price. For that matter, we strongly advise those kind of tourists against the imperfection of Naples and its culture. Characteristic and authentic area in the middle of two of the oldest areas of Naples, surrounded by markets, shops, restaurants and services of all kinds and a stone's throw from transport, museums and monuments. Real daily life in Naples, far from stereotypes and scenes built especially for tourists who only look for the same city in every place. Undoubtedly a hectic place (beware of you, delicate ears seeking peace), but totally worth living in. And loved. Most of the things you may wish to see or have are at hand, right around your home at a max a 15-20 minutes walk. You are surrounded by all kinds of shops and popular markets where you can buy anything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Bus stops and taxi areas are a few meters from home, the train station is a 10-minute walk away, and both the airport and port are 20 minutes by car or public transport. As for art and monuments, you got it yet! All around you have beautiful architectures, both old and new, the Botanical Garden is a few steps from home and the Greek and Roman Part of Naples is a 15-minute walk from the National Archaeological Museum, the Madre Contemporary Museum and a lot more. Also with the Metro lines and Circumvesuviana (both accessible inside the train station) you can reach almost any part of the city quickly or start your trip to Pompeii, Vesuvius or Sorrento, just to name a few common destinations. The whole center of Naples, without particular exceptions, is a very active and frenetic place (we are also known for this :D). Popular excitement is an intrinsic and characteristic part of Neapolitan culture, an eternal living theater. For almost all tourists, this reality represents part of the beauty they want to dive into when visiting Naples, but of course everyone is different, has their own history and habits. If you come from very quiet and peaceful areas, you know you are intolerant to chaos, your sleep is so light that even the ticking of a clock can be a problem, we suggest you opt for more residential areas outside the center such as the Vomero, Fuorigrotta or Posillipo area. But in this case, know that you'll be missing the best:)

Dreamy Loft by the Opera Theater

I was for a long time a war correspondent and, in my journeys, I always made a point of bringing back a book, a carpet, a stone, a painting, a fragment of memory so that the world may live in my Roman home. The flat is available for brief stays but also for longer periods. Being less than a block away from the Opera Theatre, it could be the perfect base for singers and musicians. Giuseppe stayed here and this is what he had to say: "The flat is in a quiet street, off Monti. When you enter, it's all very charming. It's not a regular "B&B" experience, it's the flat of a woman who travels a lot for work. The result is very stylish and warm and full of wonderful details. Were you not inclined to walk, the loft is located between the two main metro lines - A and B - that take you to most of the sightseeing. There is plenty of silence and light. The light is important, I believe and the silence as well. The loft is on the 6th floor, with the elevator. Relive the history of the Eternal City by staying in an ancient 16th-century palace built by a cardinal just steps from the Imperial Forums. The rooms are spacious, cozy, tastefully furnished and many pieces of modernity and design. The flat's warm and casually elegant atmosphere is in a unique location in front of the Imperial Forums and two minutes walk from the Colosseum,it's everything very easy to reach!The flat is composed of two wide rooms, in the living room there are a queen size sofa bed, a 50es dining table and a new fully equipped kitchenette. In the bedroom there is a king size bed with a double wardrobe and an easy writing desk. The bathroom is in the bedroom, so it would be much easier for a couple to share the apartment with a family member than a friend. The apartment is at the second floor without elevator. You will be hosted in a two rooms flat with bathroom and kitchenette. It is always a pleasure for me to meet new people, i'll be reachable by message whenever my guests need infos or help,I will be glad to help them in their wandering around my city. The apartment is located in the heart of the Monti neighborhood, a meeting place for the Romans with its many restaurants, trendy shops and craft shops. The streets and alleys are those of ancient Suburra, where the people of ancient Rome lived. Two subway stops are few minutes steps from the apartment: Cavour and Colosseo. Many buses going in every directions of the city stops in the two closest main streets: Via dei Fori Imperiali and Via Cavour. Via del Colosseo is truly very well connected!!! If you are arriving from Termini Station you will take the subway/metro B direction Laurentina and you will step down to Colosseo stop.
