Vacation rentals with a patio in Apennine Mountains

Great location, right by the Duomo which is one of the most amazing features of the city. The apartment is on 2 levels with stairs, so may not be suitable for older visitors or kids but we had no trouble. The new AC worked well and the bed was really comfy, we slept so well. We enjoyed the outside terrace as the dome was so close. We had a great stay 👍🏻

Rosa’s apartment is beautifully renovated and spacious. The bed was comfortable and we had a great night sleep. If you watch the YouTube instructions it’s easy to find. Rosa was very kind to allow us to check out 1 hour later and always responsive. If you are looking to experience the centre of Naples surrounded by amazing food, this place is great!

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

I had a wonderful stay in Sinalunga! The accommodation is truly amazing — the room feels just like a hotel, with a very comfortable bed that made all the difference after long days exploring Tuscany. Every item left in the room, from the hair mask to the espresso capsules, was thoughtful and high quality. The view is absolutely stunning, even better than the photos! It’s easy to get there, and the location is close to great restaurants in Sinalunga. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I also loved the shared kitchen area downstairs with cookies and teas, such a cozy and welcoming touch. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Do not hesitate to book this location, just spectacular. Our family had the most amazing time in Rome in this unit. The central location made it easy to get around, we were able yo easily walk to all our destinations, The Piazza below was always bustling and fun to hang out in, with fabulous restaurants and cafes, plus exploring the quiet quaint streets was so fun. A huge bonus was the private terrace it was so peaceful way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. When we arrived we felt so welcome by our host leaving us some treats, our hosts checked on us during our stay to ensure everything was going well. When we are in Rome again I would book this location.

A phenomenal stay! Check in was simple- we were met and escorted to the property with our luggage. The home was spotless with all amenities mentioned and looked exactly like the photos. The views were absolutely breathtaking. The host was able to give us local recommendations for restaurants and quick to answer any questions we had. Would absolutely stay here again!

Good stay here! The view and patio makes the whole stay. We loved sitting out on the patio watching the sunset it’s the best thing about the apartment! The kitchen and bathroom were a little dirty but nothing of concern. I did have to fix the bed frame when getting in as two slats were out of place so the bed sunk in but once it was back in place the bed was amazing. Even though you are right by the train you can not hear it very quiet and peaceful. During peak season you will have to pay 1 euro each way to use the elevator, but the walk is so short to the train and town it is not needed. Easy check in but we did ask a couple questions that didn’t get a response. We also never found an ironing board, there was an iron as described but no where to iron clothes on. The patio is shared but the other side has their own space and table so it was never an issue of being outside at the same time. We had a great time and had an overall good stay.

Where to start? I truly can't say enough good things about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way. From start to finish, our time here was a delight. Amanda was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location is remote, and a bit of adventure to get to, but Amanda had communicated that and we were prepared with the proper rental car that made it a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed, has every amenity, and lots of perfect spaces for both quiet moments and areas to gather with your group. The outdoor spaces and pool area are lovely, beautifully landscaped, and the views are spectacular. Book this place; you won't be sorry.

The area is incredible, peaceful and the view spectacular. Asciano has the delightful charm of an Italian village. The people were friendly and welcoming. Even got greeted by their local police who offered up their number in case we needed anything. I felt safe, and it felt as if I lived there for years. I’d say this is a piece of heaven on earth. Bellezza maestosa! Non vedo l'ora di visitare di nuovo la Toscana e la città di Asciano! Grazie!

Alessandro is a super nice guy. The place is just fantastically beautiful. The view is unique and the small house is very clean and nicely decorated. We'd come back any time. It was just a great vacation and we felt at home there

The host was extremely responsive and helpful. She went way above and beyond with our inquiries. We have yet to encounter a more thoughtful host. The view from the balcony was surreal. Having breakfast sent to our room with the view was definitely one of the most memorial moments of our entire 2-week trip!

Our stay in Montebenichi was almost indescribable. Having been to Tuscany before, this time was pure magic. The flat is within the compound of a 12th century fortress village that is mostly inhabited by residents. Tommaso had stocked the kitchen with plenty of coffee, milk, water, juices, snacks and his grandmother's amazing Limoncello! The pool area has the most incredible view with an outdoor kitchen where Tommaso arranged for us to have a traditional Tuscan cooking class. He also made reservations for us at the village Michelin-rated restaurant that is just steps from the flat. One of our favorite things was hearing the wolves of Tuscany howl in the distance - no need to be afraid - it was pure magic. We saw very few tourists which made the experience even better. Moreover, Tommaso was THE BEST HOST we have ever had while staying at an Airbnb. His dedication to ensuring the perfect stay for us was truly a standout. We can not say enough good things about our stay!

Everything about this place was amazing. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything!! The room was very clean and tidy. 10/10 recommend!!

How can we even put into words what an incredible experience this was! Antonella was kind and helpful, and her home is just stunning. She made us feel so at home even with our limited Italian. She prepared us a home cooked, four-course meal one night and it was absolutely delicious. She even gave us the leftovers so we could have them for breakfast the next day. The villa was breathtaking and in a perfect location to visit beautiful towns in Tuscany like Pienza, Montepulciano and San Gimignano. We especially loved the pool and visiting with the animals. This was a bucket list stay for us and worth every penny!

The main thing is Nada' s attention to every communication you sent, she responds the same day. Anything you asks for within reason, you get from Nada. It was a new experience for us in Tuscany but her property is combiniently located within 40 minutes to an hour and 30 from all the Tuscany turistic places.

Very central to restaurants and main attractions. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The rooftop balcony added the perfect Italian flair to late night evenings! We highly recommend staying here when in Rome.

This place is an absolute gem in the heart of Rome — if it is available, I’d highly suggest booking! We were here for 4 nights and slept so well due to the extremely comfy bed & A/C. The apartment was centrally located (as much as you can be in Rome) and allowed us to visit all the important sites + neighborhoods on foot. The terrace was magical — perfect for enjoying beautiful evenings in peace with pizza & wine from the surrounding neighborhood. The shower was also so spacious and consistently had good water temp + pressure — a true treasure in Italy! Going up the stairs with luggage is definitely a challenge, but this is to be expected when staying in beautiful but older buildings in Europe. Lastly, Alois was amazing — so kind, proactive, and helpful. He helped us check-in early despite our last-minute request, and was overall a pleasure to communicate with. We could not have been happier with our stay here!

Ilva was so sweet to arrange to hold a free parking space for us and provided very clear driving instructions as a local road was closed. The apartment was just as pictured and spacious enough for our family of three. The town is a short walk away and worth spending a day or two!

Fulvio’s Airbnb provided an amazing and affordable place to stay in Rome with great restaurants surrounding it, the place is a bit far from all of the touristy spots but with cheap public transport and the peace that comes with being away from tourists it was well worth it

Highly recommend Francesca's home. She's a fantastic host! This was an outstanding location - the views were amazing! Easy access to town, the train, the water, and hiking. Her home is up the hill from the train, so be prepared for some walking. Francesca was incredibly proactive before and during our trip. She met us to introduce us to the house and provided recommendations for dining and outings that were incredibly helpful. She also coordinated parking for us during our stay. The home had plenty of space for our family of 5. It's a perfect home base for Cinque Terre and I hope to be back someday soon!

This was a beautiful little apartment so close to the Colosseum! I highly recommend staying here.

This is such a beautiful apartment, very well appointed and in a great location. You can walk everywhere which is helpful with the Rome traffic and despite being so central (15 minute walk to the Trevi fountain) it’s lovely and quiet at night. The terraces are beautiful and catch the sun all day long. Rudi was very responsive and friendly from start to finish. Would thoroughly recommend.
