Our accommodation is a historic building that dates back to the construction of the castle. It has been recently restored and furnished with attention to every detail. It is very welcoming and has all the most modern amenities. Tourists who decide to be our guests will have the advantage of living in the medieval environment of the castle, taking advantage of all the conveniences. They will feel pampered and have the opportunity to return home having lived a unique and unforgettable experience.

PLEASE NOTE THAT BEING IN THE COUNTRYSIDE WITH FEW PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION OTHER THAN TAXI, THE BEST WAY TO ENJOY YOUR STAY AND TO VISIT THE BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDINGS IS TO HAVE A CAR. The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

This little house is our home when we are not working and we love it. It is as secluded as you can be in Praiano, sitting in 2.5 acres of terraced olive grove, and far from other houses. All you see from the house is sea. A place to fall in love in!
