We are very happy to have stayed in the department of Akiko! Not only were his instructions clear, the house was shiny but he also gave us several recommendations. It's the perfect apartment and very quiet after a day of a lot of walking to get around the city. We definitely want to go back!

Excellent space, highly recommended

It is really a wonderful place, surroundings are quiet, 5 minutes walk to restaurants and convenient stores. Minato-ku is probably the most modern area to live, and this place offers a good experience in Minato-ku.

Location was great! We can walk to all Ueno attractions and take train to practically anywhere in Japan from the nearby Ueno station. Apartment was cozy enough for two persons. We didn't need to cook at all, given the many food choices within walking distance. The large supermarket (within 10 min) offers a large variety of takeaway food, fruits and bakes at reasonable prices. Would stay again if we are back in Ueno!

Clean and Safe place. Very near the train, and a lot of restaurants and convenience store in the area. It's our first time in Japan and we did not had any hard time going to places. Miyuki is kind and always responsive and helpful. Thank you!

The appartment is small but functional. Very well located (not far from the subway station and the environment is great with a big supermarket nearby), but noisy because next to a big road. No problem with cleanliness.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and you likely will be one of the few travelers. There is a convenient supermarket as well as the subway 2 mins away. The place was as described and perfect for what I needed. I will warn that the stairs are very steep. I had a carry on suitcase and a backpack, so I was fine with it. However, it is something to note for others I am sure. The host was incredibly response and the given instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I would 100% stay here again.

Fantastic unit in the heart of Shibuya. Super easy check in / check out process, modern and safe building, spacious for Tokyo and Hank is extremely responsive and helpful. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

It was great place near the station. And lots of convenience store near the place. It was on 3rd floor so we had a hard time bringing up our suitcases. All in all, it was a nice experience

Great location and funky flat. Close to tube station and on a buzzy street that’s not noisy when you’ve closed the door. Cosy and homely you can cook some bits and bobs if you need or pop out and get something local Billy even offered to come over and show me how to work the washing machine!

Loved staying here. Probably the best airbnb choice I've made throughout my entire Asia trip this year! Not only was the location in a prime spot, between 2 accessible stations, it was near a great selection of food, convenience stores, and a Don Quijote. My favorite thing about it was the amount of separate bathrooms and showers, big enough for our group of 6 people to utilize without waiting on each other to finish. The hosts were great communicators and very sweet, they understood our travel needs and were able to accommodate us for a few hours early to ensure we didn't have to carry our luggage the entire day before we could fully check-in. Would definitely come back to this airbnb again for a future vacation! Rooms were big enough to have your luggage spread out, also a cozy living room to gather and talk with friends before the day begins. Love, love, loveeeeed our stay!

Very nice stay with all the facilities and big beds and very clean and clean.Great location, about 300 meters from the station, there are convenience stores next to 50 meters, it is convenient😊👍

The accommodation was really clean, and the host responded very kindly, so I was very satisfied.

The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to almost all lawson or 7-11 stores which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment. The host was kind, respectful, and an overall wonderful person, would recommend to any one who want stay at his apartment. Looking forward to staying here again...

Our family is importing our cat to Japan, and we needed somewhere pet friendly plus for four people. Makoto-san's place was perfect for our needs. We also loved the very soft, warm blankets which kept us cozy during this winter weather. Everything was comfortable, Makoto-san was very kind and responsive. I recommend his place if you also have a furry friend and family needing somewhere clean, cozy, and convenient.

Sho's flat is a perfectly located room in a neighbourhood which is fun to explore - tons to do, all within walking distance. The nearby temples/shrines are sublime. Take Sho's excellent food recommendations - all of which turned out to be exceptional; recommended walk to the gym/pool also great. (Within blocks, there is a restaurant-filled quarter - incredible variety.) The walks themselves are scenic, and the location convenient to virtually all of Tokyo. Sho was always kind, helpful and responsive. The room is a great place to crash...do bring earplugs, though, as you are at the mercy of the guests upstairs (who may not walk on tiptoe.) The character of the small room is that of a simple hotel - it is not very personal or apartment-like. The bathroom is comfortable, clean and functions well. Although the check-in process sounded quite elaborate, it ended up being easy. Choose this place for the location and exploring ...and for a good night's sleep, as the room is small and simple.

Easy access, close to Akihabara, good location The house is neat and clean, the administrator can speak Chinese with enthusiasm, the four people can also stay properly, the overall feeling is good, recommended

Host is very friendly, replies to messages quickly, and the environment is great. Everything looks very new. Stayed for 9 nights, had a great time!

Miao is really responsive and helpful. She helps provide useful information about surroundings and recommend restaurants/ drug store and etcs. The location is close to train and easy to go anywhere. The room is just remodeled so everything is so clean and nice. The warm water came out so quick and beddings/towel are so clean and homey. I really enjoy the stay here. Highly recommend.

Great location. Super clean and comfortable. Responsive host and easy check in/out. Sho even left two beers in the fridge for my travel mate and I! Being that it is Japan, the place is a bit small. Perfect for solo travelers or a group of two. This wasn’t a deal breaker for us but just consider before bringing more people or large amounts of luggage. This place is great! Thank you, Sho!

Karen’s place is the ideal place to live in, it was super clean, the place feels right at home and Karen is very responsive and attentive. It’s so cozy and amazingly decorated. I recommend it 100%. I’m so happy I found this place, really feels like heaven inside :) also very safe and has convenient stores in 60m and a metro station exactly near the building! If I ever come to Tokyo again I would definitely come here ! Thank you so much Karen😊

This was a fantastic find! Amazing house with literally everything you would need and can think of and was nothing short of clean, thoughtful and incredible for a family of 5. The unit was spacious and well stocked, location was superb and so accessible - 1 min walk from station and 2-5 train stops to all the main city areas with all the amenities (Family Mart, supermarket, Don Quiote, lots of restaurants) you could think of within walking distance. The host and team runs the place very well and are very prompt in replying and helped made our stay most welcoming from accommodating an early check in to recommendations and more. Would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Tokyo without a doubt!
