We are 3.5 km from the sea and 7 km from the center of Anzio and the Grotte di Nerone. Lido di Lavinio train station, with its multi-ethnic hustle and bustle, is 500 meters away and allows you to reach Rome in 50 minutes. The regional road 207 Nettunense is 200 meters away. We are 6 minutes away from the Tor Caldara Regional Nature Reserve (we recommend checking the opening hours).

There is a path that starts from the property that crosses the woods.
