La Casetta al Mattonato is located on the 3rd floor (41 steps, no elevator) of a 1600s typical roman building, within walking distance of all major attractions.

We are 3.5 km from the sea and 500 meters from the Lido di Lavinio station, which takes you to Rome in 50 minutes. A 12-minute drive away are the caves of Nero and the center of Anzio. The 207 Nettunense regional road is a few meters from our road. We are also 6 minutes from the Tor Caldara Regional Nature Reserve (we recommend checking opening hours).
