Our house is located in Antholz Obertal away from the village in a quiet and sunny location. We are surrounded by meadows and forests that invite you to relax. In summer, our house is an ideal starting point for our cultivated alpine pastures and our beautiful mountains. In winter, you can use the perfectly groomed slopes in our biathlon center and on the beautiful Kronplatz ski resort. In addition, there are also two toboggan runs to managed huts in the Antholzertal.

We restored our farm with attention to the details in 2020 and tried to keep the ancient flair living in the house. The old walls make us feel the life of our ancestors and the antique furniture and paneling show the special character of this house. Throughout the house, the old wooden floors have been rebuilt and there is underfloor heating everywhere.

We had a fantastic time! The place was stylish, clean and comfortable! Communication went smoothly! We were alone in the hotel, so we were able to use the common areas such as the dining area and the great garden with terrace, loungers and outdoor kitchen for ourselves! The panorama is a dream, in the middle of the mountains, surrounded by green meadows! Every morning there were croissants and local juices! A coffee maker is available at any time! The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space and a small fridge in the room. You park privately right by the house! Overall just great and we would definitely recommend it!

Nothing that I write here represents the real experience at the chalet! Our stay was absolutely perfect! They built the place caring about every detail! Everything there was special, every little piece was built with love, using high quality materials and fully equiped following the same pattern. The result was a magical place to relax and recharge your energy! Listing the highlights: the kindness of the hosts, the beautiful preserved mill inside the chalet, the delicious homemade breakfast they bring you every morning, the wellness area with a comfortable sauna and a lake surrounded by a beautiful nature. High up on the hill, the apartment has the most stunning view. Beautiful area for walking/hiking to see the spring meadow flowers. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Lots of friendly animals and a lovely little play area for children. The fresh milk and eggs from the farm are so tasty! Our host Michaela was incredibly helpful and kind. A perfect holiday place.
