The unit is on the second floor of a Victorian home built in 1903. LOCATION: The apartment is just 1.3 mi from U.S. Bank Stadium, walking distance to downtown and minutes away from the Minneapolis Institute of Art. Convenient bus lines run to Uptown, LynLake and, U of M campus. Coffee shops and Eat Street are close-by, as well.

This is a private guest suite with a separate entrance and a small kitchenette in an ideal Minneapolis neighborhood. We live upstairs with our two little kids, so there will be times where you'll hear activity, but it's not constant. We're mindful of our volume, and are confident you'll enjoy your stay! Bikes are included upon request! We also have electric bikes available at $40/day. ~30 mile charge, 20 MPH.

We are located just blocks from the Mississippi River where there are local concerts every Thursday at MC Crossings. You can also rent pontoon boats on the river through My Boat Club. We are very close to Elm Creek Park Reserve. You can access miles of street/mountain biking/ski trails right from this home. If you’re looking for fancy, we are not your jam. Homey and MN cozy.

WINTER, We have a circular driveway and a flat driveway. I do my own snow plowing. This is a lovely 640 square foot, mother in law apt on a 5 acres estate, It's very private, quiet and safe with a private entrance. The traffic is light and contact with people is non-existent. Four rooms with a Queen bedroom, A full size pull out sofa in the sitting room, a kitchenette with laundry facilities and a full bath with shower. We are 20 min from downtown Mpls. Off street parking.
