The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything twin cities from this centrally located home. Within a short walk there are miles of wooded bike trials. On the corner is one of the Midwests largest entertainment venues, the Mermaid Entertainment & Events Center. Say hello to Executive Chef Jordan Reed. The kitchen is prepared for cooking. Coffee included. Please, come and enjoy a stay. If the entire dates for your trip are not available, I recommend a hotel for part of your trip. Thank you.

This spacious lower level guest suite is a beautiful and comfortable space located just a half hour northwest of the Twin Cities. The suite consists of two sleeping rooms (2 queen beds and one futon), a full bathroom, a kitchenette, a living room, and a large office space. With almost 1000 sf of private space, there is ample room to rest and relax at the leather sectional watching Netflix on the 70" smart TV or work at the executive desk. Outside seating and fire pit to enjoy and watch nature.

Included is a king bed, sofa bed, lush robes, slippers and numerous amenities for you to enjoy! This unit is attached to a larger home (that is available for rent). However, only one group stays on the property at a time, by either renting this smaller space or by renting the entire house.

Guests must walk up a flight of stairs located in the rear of the home to enter the house. If stairs are not your friend you will want to pass on this listing . Home has smart TV with Netflix and local channels. Pet welcome for $100 a trip or $25 a night (whichever is less). There is also a charge for more then 5 guests of $25 a night.

Tranquil and quiet suburban location, surrounded by oaks and birds. An excellent place to rest and recharge. Comfortable and relaxed family home. Open kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove/oven and full size fridge. Nearby running trails, kayaking and parks. No smoking of any kind inside the premises. No pets please. We have put in place extra sanitizing and cleaning protocols based on Airbnb and CDC recommendations.
