Situé à 50 mètres du lac, 500 mètres de la première plage, au coeur du quartier le plus animé de la vieille ville, des animations, restaurants, glaciers, commerces etc... Bref, emplacement de choix très très prisé à Annecy. L'appartement de 36 m2, tout juste rénové en janvier 2018 est très lumineux et est équipé pour recevoir 4 personnes confortablement. Vue exceptionnelle très recherchée !!
