Anne welcomed us very warmly and her place was superb. Very nice, tidy, functional, the terrace is a real plus and we appreciate the lake views. There's a spot (garage) and otherwise a visitor spot. We had a great time at the Maison Forestière which is ideally located for hiking and outdoor activities. The environment is very quiet and pleasant. The accommodation is impeccable and very well-equipped. The house is well laid out: the large living room with the open kitchen is friendly, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The terrace is a real plus. Thanks to Eric and Dominique, flexible and available if needed. We recommend it without hesitation!

We had a great stay, it was easy to get around by car to visit the city of Annecy, also there was free relay parking, it's ideal. For walking or biking it's great. Many amenities around the house (grocery store, restaurants, bike rental). The house was as seen in the photos, everything was very clean and tidy. Also very nice welcome on arrival by the host!

We had a wonderful time with the family at this place. We were 4 adults and 4 children. Cleanliness was great. The very peaceful place. We were able to enjoy the terrace, barbecue and swing thanks to perfect weather. Our host was very welcoming and accommodating about the check-in time which was changed due to traffic jams at the Swiss border. Very comfortable bedding, very well-equipped accommodation, we had a pleasant stay, thank you!

This place is pure French countryside magic. It starts with the pathway up to the home. You’ve past breathtaking scenery and end up on an authentic gravel path. Just when you question if you’re in the right place, you come up the drive to heaven. The place is very clean and we truly enjoyed the gifts that the hosts left us. The bottle of champagne, the artisanal sausage, the freshly picked walnuts and currants made our stay so warm and friendly. The main room w/ kitchen and living room made for great conversation as we planned our next day’s activities. Thank you for allowing us to rent your place.

Beautifully furnished and functional studio, with outdoor space in a secure residence in the center of Duingt with direct access to the lake... really very nice!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Praz sur Arly, everything was great, we don't recommend it for any type of stay!

Mireille's hosting is very pleasant and her studio is filled with lovely and useful touches. Very bright, in the trees, it is very easily accessible from the train station, very close to the lake (halfway between the two beaches) and close to the old town. If you are sensitive to traffic noise, you may want to consider Quies balls because the beautiful road along the lake is quite busy. However, this is not likely to spoil the stay in this nice studio. Mireille is responsive and facilitates her guests' stay as much as possible.

The place is beautiful, really well equipped, from the kitchen , to the working space. The rooms all beds are very comfy and right amount of pillows as well. Just keep in mind signal is very weak to none inside the apartment , but the wifi works really good. Area is very calm and really well located, the lifts where 5 mins walking and ESF too which was very convenient for us . We loved our stayed .

Fabulous place , friendly host ,within walking distance of the best boulangerie in the area ,the beach ,the lake and the local restaurants , on a voie verte , with parking , super garden for outdoor eating , lovely accommodation . Hope to go there again if we need accommodation in the area
