A sensitively reconstructed attic overlooking nature and a hot tub on the terrace (for an additional fee) and a home cinema. We'd love to lend you our place. This unique place has a style all its own. You will stay on 75 square meters, in a lovingly renovated, state-of-the-art old building apartment in industrial style, with underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, cozy bedrooms with smart TV and a noble living room with dining area. The apartment is located in Dresden-Löbtau. Within walking distance you can reach lots of shopping, restaurants and public transport in a few minutes, with which you are in the city center in 10-15 minutes.

15 minutes by bus to the Christmas market (Striezelmarkt) in Dresden. 40 minutes to the ski slopes in the Ore Mountains (Altenberg). Wellness Facilities: Enjoy a first-class wellness weekend at my house with a sauna, a year-round heated whirlpool (up to 42°C), and a pool (cold plunge). We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

Adventure?! Log cabin in tiny house style for a cozy getaway in Vogtland. The cabin has a small bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and sink. The sleeping area for two people can be reached via a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood-burning stove that heats the hut, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the property. There is another cabin on the property that also occasionally accommodates guests.

The cottage is located on the edge of the forest, 1,500 meters from the family Sport complex Klíny and running/cycling tracks. There are only two cottages in the immediate vicinity. Here you will find complete facilities for a long-term winter/summer holiday or just for a weekend stay with friends or family. In winter you will not be able to reach the cottage, you have to leave the car parked in a parking lot 300 m away.
