Holiday home with terrace (hutzenAlm)

The hutzenAlm includes two modern, comfortably furnished apartments on the upper floor, each with two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower (underfloor heating) and a spacious living room/kitchen On the first floor is our cozy hutzenStub. There is our jewel: a red tiled stove that invites you to cook together. A fully equipped country kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, separate oven and induction stove can also satisfy a large family or group of friends. A massive wooden table with corner bench and a cozy sofa invite you to game nights and cozy get-togethers. A large TV and good Wi-Fi are also part of the hutzenAlm equipment. Also on the first floor is our wellness area with sauna and tub. In our spacious hutzenSauna you can sweat, relax, chill, breathe deeply and look directly into nature through the large windows. At the same time, you can enjoy the crackling of the fireplace in the lounge corner or in the hanging chair. To cool off, you can use the cool, original Gimmlitz fountain water on the adjoining terrace, bathe extensively in the snow in winter or classically use the modern shower on site. In our wood-fired bathtub, you can bathe in summer and winter in the middle of the forest and relax under the open sky. Of course, not without having properly heated it beforehand. No pain, no gain. Bathing is twice as much fun

Small cozy mountain hut, away from the hustle and bustle, secluded location (about 100 m to the nearest house) in a small forest plot. Fire / barbecue area as well as public playground and outdoor swimming pool in the immediate vicinity. In winter (with snow) ski and toboggan slope directly at the house (private - without elevator) There is a large bed (3 mattresses) and a pull-out sofa bed. No wifi, bad cell phone connection. Car available via meadow path in summer. In winter approx. 100 m walk. Basic heating elect.

Our chalet is the perfect place to spend an active vacation, but also for relaxing and family trips. In summer, you can go biking, hiking, berries, or hiking in the surrounding natural attractions. In case of bad snow conditions on the local lift, there is an artificially snowed ski resort called Bublava – Stříbrná. It's quiet, cool, and relaxed.

The house has 4 bedrooms, equipped kitchen with a gas stovetop and 3 bathrooms. Towels and bed linens are provided. We have OFF Grid 10 kW Solar System and we use fuel generator to heat up boilers in the bathrooms when there is no much sun. Moderní stylová chata v nádherné horské vesnici v Krušných horách. Vlastní koupací sud s vířívkou - vytápění dřevem. Za příplatek (450 Kč na den (20€)). V případě 4 a více dní sleva na 300 Kč na den (13 €)). Neomezené užívání. 15 minut autem do lyžařského areálu Klínovec. Terasa se střechou. Chata má vlastní zahradu. Je chráněna ze tří stran stromy. Topení možné pouze v krbu. Pokud chcete parkovat u chaty když je sníh, je nutné mít auto 4x4 ( chata není u hlavní cesty).
