Wonderful airbnb that is a perfect location within bradenton beach. A minute walk to a beautiful beach and away from the more visited and crowded beachs on anna maria island. This place is perfect for a family. Fawn was very responsive, helpful and the flexibility on an early check in topped the cake!

Jeffery’s rental was perfect. He has such an eye for detail and it’s beautifully decorated. Our view of the ocean from the sitting area outside the rental was spectacular! The space contained everything you would possibly need and was extremely comfortable. This is our second stay at Shell Cove 1 and we highly recommend it to others.

My Husband and I booked with Caroline last minute (Same day) and she was kind. The apartment was perfect. Kitchen had everything we need and Roku for TV. Very close to shopping and beach! We ran out of propane and they immediately replaced it. Very kind hearted. Thank again Caroline. We will definitely be back!

The conso really is just a few steps to the beach! We felt right at home the moment we walked in. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area. We tried 3-4 and would go back to all of them. My teenage daughters said this about the room: “It was perf!” and “so cutsie and adorable”

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We absolutely loved our stay at Scott’s place. The condo was sparkling clean- I am extremely picky about cleanliness and was not disappointed. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated all of the beach gear Scott had available for use. We loved the location and the view from the balcony is unmatched. Scott was quick to respond with the minor issue we had at check in and quickly resolved the issue. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

Roy’s place was comfortable, had good amenities, good location ( multiple beaches and restaurants in a close radius). The house was beautiful and just as described. The pool/hot tub, and outdoor seating was private and well maintained. Chairs, umbrella, and cooler were available to use which was a nice plus. We would definitely love to stay at this place again. Roy was quick to respond to any questions we had.

We loved Amy’s place . Walkable to so many fun things , including the boat ramp if you do any excursions. We rented a golf cart and it was awesome and a short ride to Bean Point. The place is equipped with everything you need and more - the beach Chairs and umbrella really were nice to have. We loved the spa pool and it was so nice to dip in that after a long day at the beach. We loved AMI and hope to come back again. If your looking for a great place to- you have found it .

This house was a fabulous find. We appreciated the cleanliness and the thoughtful amenities in the home and on the area. Perfectly located among the most convenient yet private of the area. Stephanie was very attentive to any questions we had. We loved it.

Amy's beautiful oasis on Anna Maria Island was the perfect spot for a relaxed, beach vacation! We had a mellow bachelorette party spent on the beach at Bean Point during the day and spent our evenings eating home-cooked dinners on the beautiful porch at Amy's before a nighttime pool dip to cool off. Can't recommend this spot enough!

Such a perfect escape for a family or a group of friends! The backyard feels like you’re in a private tropical paradise. There are so many amenities in this home you barely need to leave! On days you want to hit the beach, it’s only about 10-15 minutes to get to Anna Maria Island - very convenient location. This was one of our favorite rentals which is well documented by all the photos we took throughout the home - swimming in the pristine pool with the waterfall and fire features glowing, playing golf, watching movies in the theatre, sun bathing on the real sand beach with tiki hut, beautiful loungers and so much more! We already have ideas about the different groups of friends we want to share this property with! Such a score and the hosts are delightful too!!

Rebecca’s place was perfect for our family vacation of two young children, two parents and two grandparents. Her house sits on a dead end street just a few blocks from the beach. We found everything we needed for a few meals at home, and having a washer and dryer was convenient. The kicker was the outdoor pool, which we loved. We would easily recommend her place to anyone who wants a beautiful place to spend vacation.

Wonderful place. Perfect for our group of 7 (4 adults, two kids and a toddler). Numerous aspects of the home that made it exceptional—lots of beach gear (umbrellas, chairs, towels, toys, wagons, coolers, etc), outdoor shower to rinse off, bikes, plus everything you need in kitchen to cook. The beach is about a three to five minute walk and is spectacular—absolutely gorgeous. There is a southbound trolley stop across the street from the home, as well. About a fifteen minute walk to the shops on Pine Ave, which we enjoyed taking each morning. Minh’s home is beautiful and nicely furnished. She was always responsive and very nice each time I reached out. We had a fantastic time at this house and on AMI and will be returning as soon as possible.

Great place to stay at beach! House was above expectations and very clean. Dane was responsive and very helpful with any questions. Beach equipment and towels were awesome! Hard to find a place this spacious for a family of 5.

We loved our stay at the Sandy Toes villa and hope to return some day. The location was fantastic, private and quiet but very close to the beach, restaurants, shops and tennis/pickleball courts. The villa was very clean and well maintained. Marlanea was very responsive and helpful.

As a mother traveling with kids, this place has everything you’re gonna need! Beautiful pool, cute put-put golf, beach towels, Sand toys, Sun shade, wagon, cooler, beach chairs. My girls played volleyball all week! Private houses on both sides of the unit… so it’s never crowded. We saw several manatees while swimming in the ocean and we got to witness loggerheads nesting at night! So if you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation (for mom too) I highly recommend this unit and mostly, Heidi as a host!

Jean & Mike's beach condo on Anna Maria Island was a wonderful get-away for us after a very long winter. We loved the beach decor and all the little things that made us feel welcome and comfortable. It had everything we needed for an awesome beach vacation - chairs, umbrella, towels and a cool beach cart to carry our stuff. The pristine beach was only about 300 steps away. The condo itself had everything we needed. The bed and couches were comfy; the master bath spacious; the kitchen well-equipped. We enjoyed eating on the screened porch that overlooked a small park and being able to walk to nearby stores and restaurants. We loved watching the sunset from "our" beach or at the AMI Beach Cafe down the beach while listening to live music. Jean was a great host. She responded quickly to our questions and had plenty of recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Jean & Mike's place is one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed at and will definitely consider it the next time we visit AMI.

We had a wonderful stay! The location can’t be any better! The condo was clean and well equipped. Communication was clear and fast. Very nice and quiet condo. My recommendation for those staying (lucky you!!) is to bring your breakfast and lunch (at least), because once there you won’t want to leave! You will be at walking distance from some restaurants and there is a nice beachfront restaurant and bar next door. Loved waking up and having my cup of coffee on the balcony and walking along the sea shore. What can I say, I would definitely be going back! The hosts are truly superhosts. Totally recommended. Thanks Dan and Crystal for sharing your space with us!
