We had a great stay. Condo was very comfortable and nice. Location was convenient to everything and beach was very nice and quiet. It was our first visit but we will definitely be back next y.

Perfect location and amenities from the beach club across the street without the crowds was an awesome bonus. Pool and beach and gym access was amazing without having to pay for parking elsewhere. Just walk across the street. Apartment was homie and relaxing

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, the host made me feel incredibly welcome. Communication was clear and timely, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could have asked for. The location was perfect, close to airport, and yet peaceful enough to truly relax. What really stood out was the host’s hospitality—friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure my stay was perfect. It felt less like a rental and more like a home away from home. Great stay. Olivia’s place was in a great location. Restaurants and stores within walking distance. We were here for a concert weekend, about 25 min walk from Raymond James Stadium. The place was clean, great AC, and had all the necessary essentials for our stay. Olivia is very responsive and had clear instructions before and during our stay. Will be back here again when I come back to Tampa.

If your looking for a place with lots to do yet quiet and inviting then look no further this is it! Great Water view , lots of dolphins an manatee’s. Pools beach, fishing, great eating! Go book it now, you won’t be sorry!

Our unit was on the pool deck with a private sitting area , so we could walk right out from the unit to the pool. Everything downtown was walkable, nice fitness center, reserved parking and access to co-working space. It had everything! We will definitely stay there again the next time we’re in Sarasota and highly recommend it!

Russell's Oasis was exactly as described. The setting was peaceful and the condo was very clean! If we are back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

Location of this condo was excellent! We had everything we needed for the beach and our stay. The furniture was very comfortable and we slept well. We would definitely pick this condo again when traveling to Madeira!

It was the perfect girls weekend. The views were amazing. The unit is so peaceful even the neighbors are lovely. One gentleman knocked on our door just to forewarn us that he was going to hang a picture on the wall and that we might hear knocking. It was the most neighborly thing! The unit was super clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had excellent recommendations from the host and went to a few of the location suggested and they were very good. The owner is also very responsive to any questions and doesn’t get annoyed when you ask too many questions, lol. I plan on visiting again if the unit is still available, I 100% recommend it and for those of you that loves sunrises if you go out to the little deck by the pool early in the morning, not only will you catch a wonderful sunrise but you will most likely see dolphins like I did. This was exactly what my soul needed.

This wasn’t our first time at the Sun Bum … it’s the perfect get away spot. As close to the beach as you can get, has everything you need, and the hosts are BEYOND accommodating. We came for our birthday and they had a birthday banner hung on the wall waiting with a bottle of prosecco. They really make you feel special! If you’re looking for a wonderful spot for you and your spouse, this is the place!!

The stay was awesome! The condo has an incredible view of the water and my wife and I were able to see dolphins and other marine life. The amenity descriptions were accurate. The condo’s AC blew nice and cold and the shower water got very hot. There were a few minor hiccups upon arrival but the host communicated very well and we were able to get them handled. This place is very close to the beach and there’s a Doc Fords Rum Bar right next door that’s within walking distance and has a very nice outdoor patio overlooking the water. This was extremely convenient. My wife and I spent a lot of our mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony of the condo watching the boats exit and enter the marina area. The view is incredible and extremely peaceful. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

The place is so beautiful inside - completely ready for social media posts. The location was amazing - and having a cart with all the beach stuff right there - it was just a 2 minute walk to the Gulf. While there was some construction going on because of the hurricane repairs - it was not inconvenient AT ALL …. We LOVED our experience and seriously did not want to leave! Everything perfect perfect perfect 👌

This condo was such a beautiful experience and much needed vacation for my family and I. The pool and hot tub were a short little walk from the condo. Gated and perfect for my kids to splash and play. The condo space was extremely clean with a pretty backyard view. We loved having multiple beaches nearby and cute coffee shops, location is superb!

Location, location and Location!!! This spot is a perfect getaway from busy life. My husband and I loved that we got to wake up at whatever time and just step out the door and the beach was a steps away. The bed is super comfortable and we would wake up so well rested the next day. Colin provided excellent recommendations for local spots. The condo was super clean and it was so comfy to come back to after a long day at the beach. All in all 10/10 stay and we would stay here again in the future.

Cozy little place, well decorated and clean. Bed was comfy. The pull out bed was good enough for my 6 yr old, but would recommend bringing a pillow for it if you’re going to use it. There isn’t one in the room for it unless you use the main bedroom pillows. We beached most of the time and didn’t watch TV, but if we wanted to the couch wasn’t comfy for lounging around. We loved the balcony though! The only “complaint” would be all the coffee supplied was decaf and it was a shock the first morning after getting in super late. So, bring your own coffee just in case. Host was super helpful when there was any other issues. Very kind and accommodating! Plus they supplied plenty of TP and PT, beach towels and towels. Can’t wait to come back!

This unit had everything you needed for a beach trip. Chairs, umbrella, towels, beach buggie, fishing pole, tackle, beach toys, pickle ball, etc. The unit was perfect for my family. The pool is very nice, propane grills, picnic area, car wash, corn hole. Great location! My only complaint is that the window shades need to be darker to keep the sun out of the bedrooms but that is the only concern I had. I fixed this issue with a dark blanket. I highly recommend this unit and the owner is quick at responding and extremely helpful. 10 stars!

We had a group of 9 adults and 2 babies and really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room and loved having so many bathrooms. Place was very clean and we appreciated that there were beach towels, beach chairs and etc. The pool was nice and clean and someone came by to clean twice a week. Loved the open floor plan in the living room too. Leslie was super helpful and responsive. The stay pretty much had everything we needed.

Stop what you are doing and BOOK THIS PLACE!! Clean and spacious home ✔️ Fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, glasses, condiments, spices, etc) ✔️ Tons of amenities like hot tub, fire pit, egg chairs, hibachi grill, golfing area, etc ✔️ All the beach equipment that you need (chairs, tent, snorkel, masks) ✔️ PLUS the best Host who was always quick to respond to any questions and even installed a new thermostat while we were there because the old one was messing up the temp and we like a cool 70 degrees at home ✔️ And if that wasn’t amazing enough, the host also took us on TWO BOAT TRIPS!!! All we paid for was the gas and any drinks or snacks that we wanted to bring (plus a tip since the boat tours were the highlight of the trip). Vlad knew all the best spots for private island time, snorkeling, and dolphin watching!! In all honesty I spent a fair amount of time trying to decide if I wanted to write an accurate review or gatekeep this hidden gem… I decided not to gatekeep.

Solen was an amazing host—very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. She even brought us a brand-new can opener when we needed one! The house was spotless, cozy, and located in a great area. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

This home is well- maintained and has lovely outdoor spaces. The artwork in the home was unique and fun, not cookie-cutter or generic. I loved that. The amenities were just what was needed to prepare meals or enjoy ourselves. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, with friendly neighbors. Overall, this is a great location and property.

This was a great rental. The unit was spacious, there were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys available for use and the location was perfect. You can easily walk to grab coffee, lunch or dinner. The management was very accommodating and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to vacation there again.

Without a doubt the HOUSE OF PALMS is beautiful and has something for everyone. I have discerning taste, this home is AWESOME! So beautifully decorated, clean, comfy. Largo is a hop, skip and a jump from beautiful Indian Rocks. Publix is a mile down the road, very convenient. TVs in every bedroom which in our family is important after a full day in the pool or on the beach. Johnny is so responsive, kind. Great time, thank you Johnny

We had a great stay at this property. We were visiting to watch some baseball at Steinbrenner field and it was the perfect location. The host was amazing and the place was clean and comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Stayed here for the national rowing competition for one week. The place is lovely - very clean, the complex is nice & the pool is great. It was a perfect location for us - halfway between the race course where we needed to be every day and close to downtown. The beach wasn’t far either and I liked the location and the complex very much. We felt safe and it was pretty quiet and peaceful. The owner is responsive and detail oriented with how to check in, get into the unit, etc. I would stay here again.
