House vacation rentals in Ann Arbor

Felicia’s place was perfect for our trip. We often come to Plymouth as we have family there and currently we returned because someone was ill. Felicia was very understanding in all situations and just made our stay so seamless and with a peace of mind. We will definitely be staying here again when in town :)

Worked out great for us. Pricing very reasonable. Close to everything - Michigan campus, Travis Pointe Country Club (wedding), etc. Fun to have the downstairs game room. Good competitive ping pong. And, plenty of space for the 6 of us. Especially liked the back sun room.

Christinia’s place is very beautiful, quiet, and clean. She was very accommodating and communicative. We loved our stay. The lake is beautiful and it was great to have access to the kayak and paddle board. We will definitely stay again!

We loved Amy’s place! The house itself is adorable and cozy. It’s within perfect distance of Ann Arbor and Detroit. It is also walkable distance from multiple restaurants, bars, a park, and shopping. We would absolutely recommend staying here!!!

We were in town for our son's wedding and we wanted a place that was comfortable, close to everywhere we needed to go, and where we could host small family gatherings in town for the wedding. This was the perfect place. It's a beautiful location, quiet and when the weather was nice and we had down time, we enjoyed the lake. Tyler our host was not only responsive, but proactive in reaching out to us to make sure that our stay at the Black Marlin was as comfortable as possible. He helped make our stay stress free, so we could focus on the wedding. I can't recommend this property and this host enough!

Very nice, well-maintained property. Nicely updated. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. Great for taking walks. Coffee shop within easy walking distance. Comfortable beds. Appreciated the washer and dryer. Convenient for the campus. Seems like it should be convenient for the stadium although we did not go there.

The apartment is in a perfect location, close to markets, shops and restaurants and was also close to my daughter's apartment. Even the walk to the stadium was not long at all. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, clean with all the essentials and a very comfortable bed and bedding :) Any question I had Dave answered within 10 min. I will definitely come back.

An amazing house equipped with everything I could possibly need. The location is lovely, with a peaceful park nearby. The host is very kind and welcoming. I truly loved my stay here!

Tracey is a great host . Her cottage is so cute, extremely clean and well maintained. The hot tub was perfect to relax in after a fun day sipping wine. We will be back!

Thank you for your hospitality Rebecca! There were 6 of and and plenty of room for more! Our girls getaway was perfect. We appreciate the tips throughout our stay, and suggestions about the local events. Wish we could have made it the BBQ fest!! Went to town for drinks and a big carry out order from Ciao Amacis was so good with shareable portions. The locals were kind, drinks were fab at Jezebels, and the house was PERFECT!! Loved the themes, and especially the Prince & Jerry rooms 🥰 I was not a real big fan of the technology and Echo commands, but my friends took care of that part. I am not patient with techy things lol. We spent the majority of our time on the back deck anyways and it was spacious, private, and covered!!!

Jacob was really nice and accommodating. The place was super clean, had everything I could possibly want need ,including a bidet. The hot tub was clean and ready to go. The backyard was large and beautiful The host made everything so easy. He checked in to make sure I was all set, responded quickly every time I messaged, and even let me pick a wine from his collection. I originally had a last-minute cancellation at another place, and he was super accommodating and got me in right away. On top of that, he gave great recommendations for local spots to eat and explore, which made my trip even better after a bad experience with a different host/location. This location was great, the vibes were peaceful, and I honestly can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend staying here!

Such a cute place. We felt safe and secure while there. Everything was clean on arrival and we had a great stay. Sarita was great at communicating and responded quickly.

This was an absolutely wonderful experience all around. Luminita and Scott's house is truly a gem on Lake Eerie and the views and vibes are immaculate! The house was extremely clean and well kept - we felt at home right away! It had everything we needed and more - the hosts thought of every detail and everything was easy to find. Luminita was very easy to communicate with and she provided some great recommendations of things to do and places to eat in the area! We really loved walking around the neighborhood, visiting the beach and enjoying all the wildlife - especially all of the turtles! We would love to visit again and highly recommend this beautiful place! Thank you Luminita and Scott for making our girl's weekend so memorable!

Brandy and the Hickory House were both perfect on our recent stay! The location is wonderful and felt very safe. The house was very clean and included more than I would expect. Brandy was very responsive. It’s clear that she works hard at providing a very nice experience all the way around. I would definitely stay with her again! The only thing at all to mention for the general public is that there is one step down into the dining room. And the ground floor bedroom is through the dining room. So if you have mobility issues just know that there is one step there. There are also a few steps to the front door but those were pictured well in the advertisement. Excellent stay! Very happy!

The house was clean and a short walk from classic University of Michigan spots. Right next to the Big House! The host was very communicative with easy and clear check in/check out instructions.

Anthony is the consummate host, and his place is very accessible and homey. We especially love his English garden. We will definitely book again whenever we are back in Tecumseh where my husband and I both grew up.

Our stay at Michelle’s place was lovely, it was more than fine for what we needed for two nights in Detroit. The place was spotless and on the whole we had everything we needed. The neighbourhood felt safe and we were just into Corktown which was handy for a few bars and restaurants. We were a group of four so the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

We only stayed for one night, but it was perfect for our quick trip with friends! The place was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and friendly. Wish we had more time to enjoy it—would definitely stay again!

Very clean and nice peaceful back porch. Cozy living room and beds. No complaints.

Good host and nice location near the walking path along the river. For more than one couple, slightly awkward that the primary bed is right in the living room with no privacy, but otherwise a good place.

Great spot for couple days of fishing. Local bar was the spot to walk to for dinner

Short version – We were very pleased with Agnes’s place and we highly recommend it. Everything was great. Longer version – The place is very clean, in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We did not come with children, but we can tell that it is very good for children both inside and outside in a big and green back yard. The place has everything we needed and it is nice decorated.
