Fully equipped, Netflix TV, separate bedroom, bathroom with shower, terrace with view over the rooftops of Angoulême. 5 min walk to the train station via the footbridge, 10 min to the center and 5 min to the banks of Charente and its Bivouak guinguette. Neighborhood with all amenities including convenience store at the bottom of the building. Free secure underground parking. Ideal business stay or discovery of Angoulême.

Beautiful 63 m² duplex, completely renovated, very bright, perfect for your stay in Angoulême. Just 2 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the historic center (restaurants, museums, bars), you can easily enjoy the attractiveness of the city and the comfort of the apartment. Premium bedding, nice shower, Netflix, Amazon Prime, equipped kitchen, coffee, tea, linens, towels, everything is provided. Just come and drop off your luggage. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

Hello! Come and discover this large studio close to the train station and the old town: 5-10 minutes' walk to both! On the 2nd floor of a 19th century residential building, VERY QUIET. The bright apartment offers cozy comfort, almost zen I was told, in a spacious volume. Refurbished, you will find real comfort, quiet, facing the gardens, with a view that goes very far! Comic book atmosphere, albums available, it's Angoulême!
