This cottage oozes simple rural French charm with modern conveniences and relaxation: a break away - privacy and tranquillity in the heart of Paradis(e). The beautifully restored gite lies in the heart of the country but is close to the lovely historic village of Verteuil, one of the prettiest in Charente, dominated by a magnificent chateau with restaurants, wine cellar, and a small Sunday market. Air-conditioned riverside studio - shared pool

Independent, air-conditioned 30 m² studio in a 4000 m² park by the river. Direct access to the river from the garden. Shared pool with us (access from 10 am to 6 pm) open from mid-June to mid-September. 10 min from the city center of Angoulême. A little slice of heaven: an oasis in the heart of the city and a good hour from the first beaches on the Atlantic coast.

Beautifully renovated gîte 'G' in tranquil setting

This lovely gîte has undergone a complete and high grade renovation. It comes with all modern features whilst keeping its period charm. The property sit in the grounds of our house. You are welcome to use our lovely swimming pool (during the summer months) and entertaining area with barbecue. There is plenty of open space to play sports or just relax.
