Waterfront vacation rentals in Ancona

Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

Appartamentino carino con affaccio sul mare, attrezzato con tutto l'occorrente per la tua vacanza. L'host Silvia molto gentile e disponibile, è stato proprio come essere a casa mia.. Consiglio vivamente per una vacanza all'insegna del mare e della tranquillità!

Soggiorno impeccabile! L’alloggio dispone di tutte le comodità necessarie ed è estremamente pulito. Inoltre, gesto non scontato, il sabato mattina Patrizia ci ha fatto trovare dei dolcini per colazione 😍. Naturalmente super consigliato e ci ritorneremo senz’altro!

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni davvero piacevoli in questo appartamento, perfetto per una vacanza con una bimba piccola. L’alloggio era pulitissimo, accogliente e situato in una posizione comodissima: vicinissimo al lungomare per le passeggiate, ma anche il centro si raggiunge facilmente a piedi. Il parcheggio e il garage sono stati super comodi: si può parcheggiare all’arrivo e dimenticarsi dell’auto, perché tutto è a portata di mano: ristoranti, negozi, servizi. Un grazie speciale a Gabriele, preciso, gentile e sempre disponibile a rispondere a ogni mia domanda. Consigliatissimo, e sicuramente un posto in cui tornerei volentieri.

Mi sono trovata molto bene, la comunicazione è stata impeccabile a qualsiasi ora del giorno. Edoardo ci ha seguite in tutto, portato persino le capsule per il caffè ed il tè a tarda notte per assicurarci una buona colazione la mattina dopo. Posto perfetto, comodo, tranquillo e fornito di tutto il necessario. Sicuramente se dovessi tornare in quella zona non esiterei a tornare proprio lì! Consiglio vivamente di scegliere loro per un soggiorno senza pensieri!

The apartment was exactly as in the photos. Flexible check-in, great communication with the host and a perfectly prepared apartment. The kitchen is well equipped, but due to the many good restaurants nearby, it was rarely used. The view of the sea from the terrace is fantastic. Listening to the sound of the waves was incredibly relaxing. Thank you Francesco, you were a great, pro-active and very friendly host. Grazie e alla prossima :-)

We had a great stay at Diego’s. Everything was wonderful. It was well organized with everything we needed. Really, there wasn’t anything we lacked. We were here mid October which meant there weren’t many restaurants around the home. However, the restaurant below was great. Great service! Decent prices! For us it was an awesome experience!

Bettina was extremely helpful and kind. Quick to respond to any questions I had. the apartment is very comfortable.

We had an absolutely exceptional experience staying at Stefano’s place. He was an outstanding host—warm, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable. Stefano had an endless list of recommendations for just about everything you could imagine, with a knack for fantastic restaurants and unique places to eat. We followed nearly all of his suggestions! From the moment we arrived, Stefano kept in touch to make sure we were having the best time possible, and it truly made a difference. What would we do without Maki!! The apartment itself was exactly as described—100% accurate—and even better in person. Both of the main bedrooms lead to a lovely balcony that catch the morning sun. There’s a convenient bike rental shop nearby, and cycling is definitely the way to explore the area. We loved riding along the cycle path that runs up the northern coast—it was one of the highlights of our trip. If you're looking for a truly exceptional host in an amazing appartment - Stefano’s place is the one.

Schöne Wohnung und Paolo ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Oktober war es schon ruhig, aber noch schönes Wetter. Einziges Manko: Das Haus liegt nahe an einer Zugstrecke. Das betrifft aber alle Häuser direkt am Meer und hat uns nach dem ersten Tag nicht mehr gestört. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Miejsce z bliskim dostępem do piekarni, przystanku autobusowego i wejścia na plażę. Apartament czysty, przestronny z łatwym zameldowaniem. Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry. Polecam :)

L'appartamento era perfettamente organizzato e pulito, arredi semplici e di buon gusto che si adattano bene alla casa. Era disponibile un barbecue che purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usare ma abbiamo apprezzato che ci fosse, il giardino è molto carino e ben curato. Letto e cuscini comodissimi, il residence è riservato e silenzioso. La casa è vicina al mare che è raggiungibile a piedi, così come alcuni ristoranti fronte mare. Elisa sempre gentile e sua mamma disponibile per ogni necessità. Non era disponibile un lettino per bimbi da aggiungere e quindi abbiamo dovuto portarne uno da casa.

Un beau séjour en famille, appartement très sympathique avec deux terrasses qui assurent l’ombre en tout moment du jour, cuisine entièrement équipée, café, condiments et même un cadeau de bienvenue dans les placards. Pareils soins pour le bien-être du voyageur dans la salle de bain dotée avec force savon, shampoo, serviettes, tout impeccablement neuf et brillant de propreté. Le Barbecue neuf, mis à disposition dans la cour arrière, invite a prendre les repas a l’ombre des oliviers tandis que sur la terrasse devant l’on peut s’asseoir pour prendre le café en guettant le passage d’un train dans la gare tout près. Et pourquoi pas? On peut prendre un bain a la lumière des étoiles, la plage commune est a quelques pas, on s’y sent libre et joyeux comme au temps de l’enfance.

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

Le logement est très agréable, bien situé et propre. L'hôte est réactif et sympathique.

Giulia ci ha accolto in questa casa bellissima su una collina, da cui si vede il mare e un paesaggio mozzafiato. La pulizia era impeccabile e la casa dispone di tutte le necessità per un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante. Consigliatissima!

Appartamento molto bello, con vista deliziosa e ottima fruibilità degli spazi esterni. L'appartamento, sapientemente ristrutturato, offre tutti i servizi necessari per un gradevole soggiorno. Ottima posizione sia per la distanza dal mare, si attraversa la strada e si giunge in spiaggia, sia dal centro città, una passeggiata sul lungomare consente di arrivare in pochi minuti. Cordiale accoglienza e disponibilità da parte dell'host. Soluzione da consigliare!!

Stefano è stato gentilissimo e veramente disponibile. Appena arrivate ci ha spiegato tutto con molta cura, dai posti in cui potevamo andare (ristoranti, bar, spiagge) vicino all’appartamento a cose più pratiche (come usare l’Apple TV o le casse). Inoltre ci ha lasciato carta ed acqua fuori dalla porta appena entrate. Veramente super disponibile e risposte velocissime. Appartamento stupendo e posizione top anche in rapporto al prezzo. Se torneremo a Rimini cercheremo sicuramente questo appartamento!

Die Kommunikation mit Eleonora war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Ab Ankunft war Stefano unser Ansprechpartner, sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns das Apartment gezeigt, alle Besonderheiten erkärt, mit allem geholfen und war schnell ansprechbar, wenn es Probleme gab. Freitagnachmittag Ankunft, Internet/WiFi geht nicht. Zwar hat die Reparatur bis Montag, unserem Abreisetag, gedauert, aber Stefano hat sich darum gekümmert, trotz Wochenende. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm, einen persönlichen Kontakt zu haben. Das Apartment ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Klare Architektur, angenehme Farben, gute Ausstattung, gemütlich. Eigentlich ist es ganz nah zum Meer, aber es ist alles sehr zugebaut, Hotellerie und Gastronomie eroberten wohl in den letzten Jahren die Plätze. Mit Hund war leider kein Zugang zum Strand in der nahen Umgebung möglich, darum Autofahrt nach Pesaro und Fano. Danke an Stefano und Eleonora und alles Gute !

Five-star experience, excellent apartment all around. Close to the city center and the wonderful Molo Sud. Perfect also for mobile working with fast internet. Don’t forget to ask Gaetano for restaurant recommendations, you will be delighted.

Angela e suo marito sono stati gentilissimi, la casa si trova a ridosso della spiaggia, piacevole anche fuori stagione

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in Paolas Wohnung. Die Lage ist überragend - man braucht gerade mal 5 Minuten an den Strand. Die Wohnung selbst ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Man hat alles was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit Paola ist super. Da die Durchgangsstraße nahe der Wohnung liegt, ist es auf der Terrasse etwas laut manchmal. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört, da abends wenig Verkehr ist und man so nah am Strand ist, dass man sich die meiste Zeit dort aufhält. Für unseren Hund war die Wohnung auch ganz toll, da beide Gärten eingezäunt sind. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!
