Vacation rentals with beach access in Ancona

Great location for easy access to the beach, restaurants, and cafes. Private parking which is very helpful. The condo itself is spacious with balconies in every room. The condo is situated directly on the busy passenger and cargo rail line. Convenient self check-in, but with that you miss the local knowledge of the host. Small things that often make the difference between a good stay and a memorable one.

Our stay at Liliana's was excellent, everything was last minute since we didn't plan to stay in Ancona and she was super nice to us, she offered to pick us up and also take us to see the nearby city. At all times she was ready to meet our needs and make our stay as comfortable as possible, and she did it! As for the location, it is a quiet area away from the city but you can get to the beach in less than 10 minutes on foot. The apartment was very nice, comfortable and as shown in the photos. Clean, cozy, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Sabino is an excellent host. Coming back here... for me is like coming home.

We just spent our holidays in this apartment with attention to detail, equipped with all possible comforts. Upon arrival we found the accommodation perfectly clean, tidy and very fragrant. Rosaria proved to be very helpful and kind in organizing the spaces with us, having needs for our 5-year-old. Convenient parking is easily available on the street in front of the apartment, we moved by car to reach the beach but if you want there are equipped beaches within walking distance in maximum 5 min. Absolutely to be recommended and an experience to be repeated!!

Sirolo is a gem. We loved the location of the apartment. Right above the square so with the windows open, you are immersed in the action with the sea in view. With the windows closed you are removed. Main bedroom is in the back and so very quiet. Great recommendations and well-appointed. It’s a narrow space and lots of stairs. No issue for us but something to keep in mind. Looking forward to our next visit to this beautiful area.

We had a great time at Rosaria and Salvatore's place, they are fantastic hosts. Very responsive and fundamentally kind. We had the pleasure of tasting the pizzas of Salvatore, who holds the pizzeria just below the apartment. The apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished and very close to the old town on foot. Thank you both.

I had an all-round successful two-week stay in the apartment in Numana. The apartment was very clean, quiet and surrounded by gardens – perfect for relaxing. I particularly enjoyed the morning sunrises on the balcony. The host Simone was very friendly and helpful. His tips on the surroundings were very valuable – whether on beaches, restaurants or excursions into nature. Everything worked smoothly. A big plus for me was the closed-off area right in front of the apartment, where I could safely park my mountain bike. The proximity to the sea was ideal: Numerous beautiful beaches were within walking distance, and the towns of Numana and Sirolo also impressed with their charm. For mountain bike fans, the nearby Monte Conero offers fantastic routes and breathtaking views. I highly recommend it and would come back anytime.

we spent a week at Antonella's place and it was a fantastic week. The apartment is spacious, clean, tidy, nothing is missing! The context of the residence is very convenient for both the beach and the surroundings, the area is wonderful and worth visiting. Antonella was hospitable, she met us for check-in and checkout times, she was always available. I recommend this location to everyone and especially Antonella's apartment, it was a beautiful vacation and we will definitely be back!

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

A wonderful experience in Sirolo. The apartment is in the center, convenient to the beaches, supermarkets and trails. Leandro was very kind in welcoming us, also providing us with a parking pass in Sirolo. The apartment is a great compromise for two people, it is in a quiet area. It is divided into two floors and is equipped with everything you need. Leandro was very helpful in providing us with useful tips about the area. Highly recommended. Note on the colors of the house that make you feel welcomed 🌺

The apartment is in a very good location and very nice. Outside of the crowd. The size is perfect for a comfortable multi-day stay. Everything is new and very clean. And Gian Marco is very available. I also appreciated the clear instructions regarding how the apartment works. A big thank you.

We have had the privilege of staying in Dino's apartment. I find the accommodation homey and welcoming, everything was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our days in the apartment. Dino was an outstanding host in everything from the initial instructions on how to get there, where to find the parking, etc., until we left the apartment. He was reachable very quickly for questions. He also offered us to borrow bicycles so we could go a good bit south along the beach promenade. I would love to come back again.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Communication with Eleonora was straightforward and very friendly. From arrival Stefano was our contact, very hospitable and helpful. He showed us the apartment, explained all the special features, helped with everything and was quick to respond if there were problems. Friday afternoon arrival, Internet/WiFi does not work. Although the repair lasted until Monday, our departure day, Stefano took care of it, despite the weekend. We found it very pleasant to have personal contact. The apartment is truly special. Clear architecture, pleasant colors, good amenities, cozy. Actually, it is very close to the sea, but everything is very built up, hotels and restaurants probably conquered the squares in recent years. Unfortunately, no access to the beach in the vicinity was possible with a dog, so we drove to Pesaro and Fano. Thanks to Stefano and Eleonora and all the best!

The apartment was an excellent choice. Conveniently located, close to the sea and the center. The accommodation was very clean, dust allergy proof! Well-furnished and well-stocked. For us, who needed to prepare meals for our one-year-old, it was simply perfect. The owners were very kind and helpful, they gave us a lot of good advice about restaurants and the surroundings. Really recommended.

Our stay was simply perfect, the two of them were extraordinarily helpful and the house was so clean and tidy that we have never felt as comfortable in other places as we did here. They were really friendly hosts and in addition they took care of our furry friend when we were not at home... an unforgettable experience, in fact, we will soon be more than happy to go back! thank you.

Very nice, modern and well equipped apartment with a great roof terrace with sea view where we were allowed to have a nice holiday. Andrea is a very nice host who is always very easily accessible. We fully recommend the accommodation and will definitely be back.
