As soon as you walk through the entrance of the Bocci Residence you will be enchanted by the beauty of the location... A place immersed in nature where you can relax, but at the same time it has a strategic location to be able to easily reach Assisi, Spello, Rasiglia and the Marmore Falls(to name a few!). The welcome breakfast was fabulous especially for the taste of cakes made by Leonardo's mother (too bad I didn't have it every day!) The apartment on the first floor overlooking the pool has a rustic style but at the same time elegant. I highly recommend staying with Leonardo, an experienced host, if you are in Foligno in Umbria.

Sandra's place is a point of reference for me who occasionally frequented that area. Very spacious room, tidy and excellent cleanliness of the rooms. Thank you.

I stayed with my girlfriend at Barbara's B&B. Despite the last-minute booking, she was responsive and available to provide us with feedback on the booking and address. Once you reach your destination, following a short dirt road (manageable with a normal car), the location is wonderful. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was well-stocked and could be eaten outdoors, surrounded by greenery and peacocks roaming freely. If I were to come back to the area, I would definitely go back to Barbara's B&B!

Raffaella welcomes you with a smile that warms the heart. You truly feel like you have found your Italian roots, even if you don't have any : ) This is a very special place, not only can you see it, the views are breathtaking everywhere you look, but you also feel something very sacred here. There is a quiet in listening to the birds sing. Quiet from the busy life you leave behind. Our apartment was spotless and very well organized with everything we needed. The windows from our top story framed the tip-top of the trees and the valley below, we felt like we were living in a tree house. My daughter and I had a very fun cooking lesson with Raffaella and her expert cook and are now expert gnocchi chefs, I'm quite serious. Not only do they provide itineraries for traveling the Umbrian region, they are also available for additional info should you need it. Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Spello, Montefalco, we saw so much and we could have seen more. And...the views from the pool are spectacular, the grounds are truly more beautiful than the photos can display. I know Raffaella made our Umbrian stay very special to us but I must also say that Umbria took our breath away. There is so much beauty here. I want to return to see every season. Thank you Raffaella and your entire family! I know we will visit again : )

Wonderful short vacation. Marco was not only kind but gave us great tips and suggestions for travel, places to see and where to eat. He personally accompanied us to the establishment where he himself took steps to get us the place for the canoe and lent us some small forgotten equipment without which we could not have gone around safely in the canoe. The atmosphere of the bnb is very friendly and relaxed, you feel at home. Congratulations and thank you for everything to Marco!

I spent a night in this place in the historic center of Urbino and I really enjoyed it. The location is great, in the heart of the ZTL area, perfect for visiting the city by foot. The accommodation is clean, well-maintained and comfortable, ideal for a short but pleasant stay. A big plus is the possibility of free parking not too far away, which is not a given in a historic city. The host was kind, helpful and clear in communications. Very positive experience, I would recommend it!

The listing is located in a central area and is surrounded by all kinds of services or needs you require. The house is very clean and organized with every comfort you need. The owner Riccardo is very friendly, kind and helpful to the needs of the guest. I highly recommend everyone to stay with him.

A real slice of heaven in the Marche hills, Sergio and Anna... Practically two friends, available for everything, special people! The B&B is very well maintained in every single detail, rich and varied breakfast. Definitely recommended!

Could not recommend Janncarlo's place more! We took the ferry from Split, Croatia to Ancona and stayed one night here. We were three female university students and felt very comfortable staying here. Janncarlo went out of his way to make us comfortable. The rooms are clean, secure and have good AC. The breakfast had several good options and allowed us to start our next travel day with a full stomach. Thank you so much Janncarlo!

If we could give 6 stars we would give 6 stars! We had a wonderful stay at Saskia's and left only wistfully. The B&B is in a very quiet location, surrounded by olive trees and you have a great view of the Marche countryside! The whole house is very lovingly decorated with a special attention to details in the amenities - you really lacked nothing. Especially the kitchen is very well equipped and it is a pleasure to cook. And last but not least, it always makes a huge difference to me when you are warmly welcomed by the host - Saskia has given our stay a very personal touch and we look forward to coming back again!

top experience! Beautiful living room and location. The details are extremely well cared for, from the exteriors equipped with every comfort to be able to spend a few days of relaxation to the interiors (very comfortable mattress and great cleanliness). Both savory and sweet breakfast is made with excellent products, cooked by Marco, an extremely kind host. The location allows you to visit several villages and the surrounding beaches. highly recommended!

Piero’s home is a real gem! Exceeded expectations from many points of view. Beautiful surroundings from both the home entrance to the room balcony and window. The bedroom is large, very comfortable and full of charm. Piero and his wife are beautiful souls, they made us feel right at home, hospitality is in their veins and they both are very special hosts/people. Highly recommend a visit and we will definitely go back when in Romagna 🫶

If you're looking for a place to "unplug" and be pampered, this is the perfect place. Small country villa in the hills near Riccione. Modernized in rustic style, as beautiful as the landscape. Away from the chaos of the city, very rural. Friendly and welcoming host, cute and cuddly kitten. Very nice.

my partner and I stumbled upon this absolute gem of a place by accident when we had to book a few days and by far was one of our favourite places! Both Davide and his wife made us feel at home and made us breakfast out of their own produce which was an absolute dream and the location the view and the vibe was an actual dream! We come from Australia and the one thing I can knock is i wish we stayed longer! if I could give it a 12/10 I would!!

First time in this property but it has remained in our hearts. Marco was warm and helpful. Free parking on the property. The room is beautiful and modern, equipped with every comfort. Very clean and extremely functional. Each room has a private balcony with a table and chairs. Possibility to get fresh water from the fountain in the hallway. Quiet and sheltered area from which it is very easy to reach the sea or the center. Excellent and varied breakfast, always with homemade pastries. I hope to be back soon

Very close to the tourist caves of Frasassi, not only! The surroundings are beautiful. Although we could use the kitchen, we didn't, because there are good and relatively cheap restaurants. Good Italian breakfast with a very good self-produced yogurt. Quiet and comfortable beds, we had a great night's sleep.

Recently tastefully renovated and super clean apartment. The area is very quiet and we had a very good time with Marzia and her husband who immediately make you feel at ease and give great advice on how to get around to explore the area. Those arriving by car are no problem. Top hospitality and then they love animals and for me this is an added value. We found seriousness and availability. Truly an enjoyable experience. Thank you... we hope to be back soon
