For Casa Colorata, we have nothing but praise! The house is spacious, very clean and well located on a hill; the landscape of the Marche countryside all around is superb. Loretta decorated it with love and equipped it with everything, down to the smallest detail. We spent beautiful sunny days surrounded by animals, flowers and olive trees - the oil produced by Loretta is exquisite. We will be back without hesitation!

We stayed in this wonderful place with our two dogs and had a great time. The house is as pictured, comfortable and rustic as expected. The exterior is very large and fenced, perfect for those with animals. The location is panoramic and the garden is very enjoyable, even for outdoor dining. The house is easy to find and well connected to many beautiful villages. In 10/15 minutes you can reach the sea and in about twenty minutes Senigallia. Lucio and Edwin are always very kind and helpful. They recommended nice places to visit and great restaurants:) In the area, you can eat both meat and fish, and drink excellent wine everywhere. It was a relaxing week among green hills, the sea and beautiful people. Highly recommended ❤️

House with a wonderful garden, nestled in the hills of Romagna. It turned out to be the perfect place for us and our dog, who were looking for a quiet place, but just a few minutes' drive from the city. The garden (fully fenced) always has large shaded areas during the day. The house has everything you need for both short and long stays: kitchen with numerous dishes, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and good wifi connection. Mauro is a very active host: we had a small setback during check-in and he solved it immediately. The ideal solution for those looking for a few days of absolute peace!

What can I say? Everything went perfectly. The house is delightful, large, comfortable, with a view of the hills that slope down to the sea that... makes you feel very good. The place is the perfect epicenter for those who want to "mix" the sea with daily excursions to discover all the beauty of this land.

Our stay at Villa Lunas was perfect - very quiet location and yet not far from the action. The offer is great and leaves nothing to be desired. All in all highly recommended - even with a child!

We had a fantastic time at Giovanna's! She is a wonderful host and her cooking skills are really special. We even ate at her place twice – delicious meals with matching wines. She also had a handy booklet explaining what she was making, which made it extra special. Despite the fact that she did her best with English and we with Italian, Google Translate worked fine, and she always understood us well. The language barrier didn't feel like a problem at all. Giovanna is a treasure of a person; my friend and I felt completely welcome and wanted. The place itself was super: the view was great and the space was even bigger than we expected. It was very quiet and we were really able to find our peace there. We are very happy with our stay and hope to return soon when we are back in Italy!

I would call this the best vacation of our lives. The property is a dream, pure relaxation, ventilated area, infinity pool, lawns and nature are the backdrop, poolside relaxation area with sofas where you can admire the sunset perhaps while drinking a glass of wine, clean house equipped with all the comforts and you can only think about relaxing, hosts always available, you can tell that they love what they do. Failed to find a defect. The most important thing for us was the effect on our dog, she immediately felt at ease, she didn't want to leave anymore and this is the key point for us. We look forward to seeing you again.

Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

I booked a two-night stay, arriving late Friday night. We had no problem finding the place or checking in. Unfortunately, the next morning we had to leave. But Roberta and Riccardo were very kind and understanding the situation they changed our reservation to allow us to have a refund for the night not used. We really appreciated the gesture. The location is located in a spectacular place, very well cared for and close to the sea. Too bad we couldn't enjoy this beautiful place more, but surely if we are passing through again we will not hesitate to contact them again.

The description is exactly at the house. Lots of privacy. Fantastic view. Very clean and very friendly host. Warmly welcomed upon arrival and a clear explanation. There are two real booklets made with tips to do in the area. Furthermore, the private chef is highly recommended. Super good food and learned a lot about Italian cuisine. Patience with cooking is the magic word. Simple, but oh so tasty. Luca is a really friendly chef. The house is cozily furnished with all amenities. We were able to enjoy the garden and pool (partly because of the very nice weather). Despite the time of the year and water temperature 18 degrees, we regularly sat around the pool and were able to have a drink and swim. We can't wait to go again. The penthouse was an incredible experience. Stefano was a wonderful host from the second we booked his lovely home. He was attentive, thoughtful, helpful, and very caring. The house was extremely clean and in the best location! Seconds away from the beach and numerous restaurants, what more could you ask for?! He also booked us a wine tasting, if you have time I highly recommend checking it out! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He is an expert when it comes to Fano and the surrounding areas, he really makes you feel welcomed and at home. I would highly recommend booking this airbnb. Lovely place in the countryside to visit all the attractions around it. A step away from the city after a busy day out......a tranquil retreat. Matteo and his lovely wife had provided a lovely welcoming bottle of wine for when we arrived. An extra bonus in our opinion would be a toaster and a kettle....(now remember we're from New Zealand.....lol😁)

Chiara is a very responsive and kind host, we had a very good time in the apartment which was clean and matched the photos shown. Convenient for walking and two minutes from the center of Macerata, he also gave us great tips on where to eat in the area that were much appreciated. We'll definitely be back.

The apartment has a very nice location right on the beach, especially practical is the free parking on the premises. Since we were in Italy out of season, there wasn't much going on and we had our peace. Communication with the hosts was very easy and fast. A small suggestion for improvement would be better basic equipment in the apartment (more plates, glasses, hangers, etc.) We would recommend the apartment immediately!

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location is great, especially if you're planning to travel by train. I was able to visit many towns in the region this way, as well as explore Ancona itself. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place to regenerate in nature with spectacular views of Loreto and Recanati. Modern house equipped with every comfort, super nice hosts with quick and easy communication. Recommended for couples to take advantage of the sauna and outdoor tub, but also convenient for families with young children.
