A wonderful private Studio on the ground floor. It has a spacious, light room with a double bed, a sofa and a (work)table. It has a private frontdoor, an entrance/hallway and a private bathroom. Enjoy the sun on the bench in the front garden. My wife and I live next-door: the connecting door is locked to guarantee privacy. An intimate and quiet street in the lively Amsterdam East. Within walking distance lots of trendy restaurants, shops, museums, parks, subway station, Railwaystation.

De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. Ook de badkamer en suite is gelegen aan de binnentuin.

In a rural setting, in a unique place in the Randstad, is the Casa Petite vacation home. Originally an old barn, but renovated, preserved and equipped with every comfort. A lovely mansion with a lovely spacious garden 3 minutes away from the train station, 10 minutes from Amsterdam and the Zaanse Schans. Sometimes, you think you are in the countryside because, despite being right in the center of Zaandam, the birds wake you up in the morning and the dead-end street is wonderfully quiet. A few minutes away, you are on the Dam van Zaandam, and with the Zaanse Schans and Amsterdam around the corner, you can do what you like.

The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides. The studio has separate entrance, with water and sink, kichenette, refrigerator, combi microwave with grill and an electric appliance for pizzas, (but not with stove). Twee bedrooms separate by the living room, each bedroom has a bathroom, also you have your own private garden. Our studio is easily accessible by car and public transport. It is a quiet and picturesque neighborhood. Smoking is not allowed, neither in the garden.

Our house is ideal to visit Amsterdam from for a long weekend or holiday. It's located in the old centre of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, with shops and supermarket just down the road. Nice restaurants and terraces on the river are around the corner. Ouderkerk aan de Amstel has many nice cycling routes in the area. Amsterdam is reachable with public transport (30 minutes), bicycle (40 minutes) or by car (15 minutes).
