Enjoy the inner city and come home in a peaceful place, or have a drink at the terras of Ysbreeker. Sleeping positions: 1 bedroom and in the main room there's a sofa bed, ( let me know if you want to use this) kitchenette, tv. Just out of the crowded touristic area, near museums & restaurants. Cosy 2-bedroom appartment for couple with kids

This lovely non-smoking family private appartment in a quiet neighbourhood is ideal for a couple plus kids. We don’t rent this appartment to friend groups as it is more suitable for families (double bed & bunk bed). It offers a great base for seeing Amsterdam (15 min. by bus/metro) and the rest of The Netherlands. Situated on a city park in a trendy residential neigborhood (former shipyard area Nieuwendam) it sleeps 4 + a baby in 2 bedrooms. All private no shared spaces.

Studio on houseboat on the outskirts of Amsterdam

Are you tired of the city for a while? Are you looking for a special destination for a vacation in your own country? I would love to welcome you to my unique place in the middle of the farmlands of Waterland. Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. By the way, the ferry is privately owned, and is only used by my guests.

In the old center of characteristic and unique Broek in Waterland in a barn rebuilt in 2017 behind the farm. Entirely private home with access (self check-in). Split-level with private garden. Downstairs (24 m2) is the living room with sofa, mini kitchen, dining area and separate bathroom and toilet. On the loft is the bedroom with double bed, plenty of closet space, hang and lay. WiFi available. There are two bicycles (Veloretti) for rent, 10.00 per bicycle per day.

The Practice

A lovely luxury accommodation with all the comforts, in the beautiful rural village of Broek in Waterland. 20 minutes away from Amsterdam city center. It is a five-minute walk to the bus that runs directly to Amsterdam Central Station. It is completely private with a terrace all around and a beautiful garden with three places to sit. Fenced all around and lockable with a nice gate. The house is not suitable for small children.

Waterside Cottage

Comfortable private cottage with waterside garden in cute village. Explore North Holland, including: Amsterdam (30 min by bike or public transport to centre); Zaanse Schans; local nature areas; Edam, Haarlem and other historic cities. Landsmeer is nestled between two nature areas just north of Amsterdam. Supermarkets, independent shops, market (Fri only) public transport and bike hire within 5 min walk. Free parking.

Beautiful private studio above our beautiful dike house in Amsterdam. In this private studio you will find all the comfort that you need for a visit in Amsterdam and around the city. It is located in the north area of Amsterdam. only 5 km van A'DAM Lookout, 8 km from Rembrandthuis en 8,1 km from Stopera. there is a nice view on the river and the small nature area at the back of the house and free WIFI.
