The home is beautiful! Well located, as in the publication, maybe we imagined something taller but it was short, not suitable for tall people,😂 comfortable, nice, clean, and well located! To walk everywhere

Nice property and great location

Great communication from the beginning, love the location is really close to museums and restaurants Bram and Merel also share a tourist guide for restaurants near by the area and principal museums, we had a graet vacation.

A very nice place! There were four of us, so it can get a little cramped, as the rooms are quite small, but in principle it was completely sufficient. The only flaw is that the house is very noisy, we often heard the steps and voices of the residents. All in all, however, it was very cozy.

We had an amazing stay at Sharine and Keon’s place! The house was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. It’s located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, with easy access to everything Amsterdam has to offer. Sharine and Keon were fantastic hosts—very responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. Their home had a warm, personal touch that made us feel comfortable and at home right away. It was the perfect space for our family, and our little one especially enjoyed it. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We truly appreciated all the small details and care you put into making our stay so enjoyable. Very pleasant and well thought-out studio, with quality decoration that is both design and warm, and attentions from our host. The environment is perfect, quiet and green, you have to walk a few minutes in a nice wood to access public transportation that allows you to reach the center of Amsterdam quickly. Free parking, which is nice given the parking rates in the center. Bartosz gave us all the access instructions in good time. I would recommend it 100%

What a wonderful spot in such a peaceful area. The flat was everything we needed and more. The personal touches we so nice and made us feel at home.

Mark & the team were brilliant. They helped us check in easily, provided some extra details in the property for local recommendations & how to use all of the appliances. The property itself was small but what we needed for a base to go into the city alongside the beach which was only a 10-15 minute tram ride either way. Lovely view of the city & the sun setting every night from the apartment alongside the Johan Cruijff arena in the distance! The shop just a few minutes from the door was very handy if we needed any snacks too. Would stay again!

Excellent experience overall and highly recommended. Pepi’s studio is in a great neighborhood (De Pijp) close to the Metro station and within walking distance of many of the major museums and other attractions. The space itself is beautifully decorated and furnished. And despite facing the street, is very quiet at night. Pepi is very welcoming, friendly and responsive.

Raul’s place is amazing. Perfect location and he is a great host. Walkable to two different tram stops so very easy to get around

The apartment is quite nice and has very comfortable beds. It is close to a park and provides easy access to public transportation. Overall, it is a nice property and offers good value.

The place was great, and David was a perfect host. I’ve stayed throughout central Amsterdam over the years, but especially liked this location for the slightly quieter and more peaceful surroundings. Close to everything. Would definitely return.

Just amazed with the place. My wife always wanted to get back to the comfortable home early during our visit. The host gave a clear instruction, very quick response as well as very kind welcome treatment for our delayed honeymoon. We absolutely loved the fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi bathtub and rooftop terrace where we had breakfast and dinner every night. 100% recommended.

I absolutely loved my stay at Johanneke‘s place. Immediately as you walk out the front door, you are in Ten Kate Mart with tons of food stalls lining the street. Just 3min walk away is Foodhallen, where you’ll find a local artisans market plus food and drink options that are open late into the evening. The neighborhood was vibrant during the day and early evening but still felt private and I enjoyed having a quiet place with a beautiful and serene backyard. It was very easy to walk to public transit should I choose to take the tram, or could easily to Vondelpark or Jordaan neighborhood to see more sites. Johanneke was a great host and very proactive with information and checking in. I would book her place again and again!

We stayed in Timo's apartment for a week. This week was one of the best for us, and the apartment only made it more beautiful. Incredibly spacious, clean, incredibly cozy apartment. So many beautiful elements of art throughout the apartment, selected with taste and love, without anything superfluous. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We were happy to spend time in it. Sometimes we thought about why our city program was so dense and busy, because we really wanted to spend more time in a cozy home. Ideal objective value for money. Our communication with Timo was incredibly friendly, he is a very responsive, kind, attentive and caring host, it was a pleasure to communicate with him. All our issues were resolved as quickly, easily and with care as possible. Would we come back again? Of course. Thank you very much for everything🩷

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and felt very comfortable. With the bikes you could easily reach the nearby metro station and we had a good time in Amsterdam. The landlords were very friendly and always easily accessible. I highly recommend this place for Amsterdam stays.

This place is great and beautiful. the gardens are amazing.

We lived at Frank's place for 3 nights, everything was as described, clean and orderly! The checkin was really nice, easy and he was flexible with the time👌 Nothing else to say that this was a perfect place to stay if you are interested in seeing Amsterdam. And if you want to make food there and have a relaxing evening, you have everything you need. So i will say that you can have a relaxing and safe stay at Frank's place! 10/10⭐️

Stayed here for 3 days, and had the best time ever! A beautiful apartment which caters for everything you need. Sina is a great host who knows exactly what he's doing! The Shower, Jacuzzi and Sauna are amazing by the way!
