Wir vermieten ein ca. 25 qm Zimmer mit direkt angrenzender eigener Küchenniesche im Flur, sowie ein eigenes Bad. Die Räumlichkeit befindet sich im 1.OG mit seperaten Eingang. Im 1.OG befindet sich noch ein selten genutzter Privatraum von uns. Die Lage und die Infrastruktur ist ideal mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die BAB 293 ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir freuen uns auf dich.

It offers plenty of space for 2 people (plus sofa bed in the living room + a comfortable extra bed for one person each = 4 persons). Very tastefully furnished with all the comforts of a modern apartment you live here in the heart of Oldenburg!

Das Restaurant "Sasso" z.B. ist 3 Minuten entfernt und das Restaurant "Da Luigi" z.B. liegt 8 Minuten entfernt.
