Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the green district of Ofernerdiek. We rent an approx. 25 square meter room with directly adjacent private kitchenette in the hallway, as well as a private bathroom. The space is located on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. On the 2nd floor there is also a rarely used private room of ours. The location and infrastructure are ideal with various shopping opportunities. The BAB 293 is very close. Quiet and cozy apartment (about 32 m²) in a two-family house (1st floor) in the Eversten district (15 min. by bike to the city center). It offers space for a maximum of 4 people, but is not suitable for infants. A fold-out staircase in the bedroom leads to a 2nd bedroom (1.5 m max. ceiling height) and the chaise longue in the living-dining room offers another sleeping place.
