I stayed for 10 months and had a great experience from start to finish. Communication with the host was always quick and efficient, ensuring a smooth stay. The apartment was exactly as described, beautiful, clean and well equipped, with an experience of feeling at home. The location was perfect, providing easy access to all necessary amenities and allowing me to explore the city with ease. Overall, my experience was exceptional and I would recommend the site to anyone in search of an extended stay with comfort and convenience.

The flat is very comfortable, it was clean and organized, the location is great with supermarket and snack bar options, in addition to being very close to Unicamp!

The apartment is very well equipped, with pleasant decoration and had practically everything we needed. Kitchen utensils (we miss a baking dish to use in the oven), washer and dryer, iron, hairdryer, electric shower, etc. The internet is good and didn't go down once during the week we were there. There is also a good work desk and office chair in the same environment as the living/dining room, which has air-conditioning. The condominium in which the property is located is very quiet, safe and with good infrastructure. It is located in a region that is expanding and does not have many things around. There is a supermarket 1 km away and a convenience store in the condominium itself. Some things are in need of maintenance, but honestly nothing got in the way of our experience. The space is very nice and cozy.

My stay at the house was wonderful! Bethania was extremely receptive and attentive, always available and full of good local tips. The house is beautiful, well ventilated, organized and full of details thought out with affection. As a bonus, it is surrounded by the tranquility of nature. The location in Barão Geraldo is great, with access to public transportation and Uber, as well as having a market and other amenities nearby. I was really delighted with such a cozy and peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

Incredible Wal and Hélio Experience are amazing, welcoming, helpful people I felt at home. The place is beautiful wooded, organized, clean and wide, I felt very comfortable and comfortable. Great quiet and comfortable room. The collective spaces are comfortable and with a beautiful decoration. Hosts are always available to assist with any need. The neighborhood is peaceful and very beautiful. It has market, pharmacy and nearby restaurants. At night we have bars and places for leisure. The house is wonderful and we spend great days! Casa clean, spacious, with all the utensils we need. Great location, close to market and everything we need. Safe house, despite being on the street, with a little guard that is in a guardhouse nearby. Claudia always super requests and with quick answers to everything we need. They were excellent days and we recommend it.

Thank you very much Jose Nilson and Leonel for this wonderful stay!! Their apartment is very nicely decorated and brand new! It's just like the pictures. Despite being a one-bedroom apartment, the bedroom is spacious and the apartment has a good balcony with a wonderful view. For me, the big difference was having a gas shower and two parking spaces, things you rarely see in smaller apartments in Cambuí. Everything in the apartment worked and the building is very charming, located in the best neighborhood of Campinas, full of shops and restaurants. I loved staying there and I'll definitely stay again!!
