We really liked the house, spacious, well-ventilated and clean, as soon as we arrived and opened the door you could smell the cleanliness!! Tamires was very attentive, supporting us at all times, check-in and check-out with flexible hours was also a differential!!

We really like to have the Carnival at the Teacara!!! pool always with warm water, spacious barbecue area, well distributed rooms, the suite is huge... equipped kitchen, has a very large room with 3 environments, living room with two sofas, TV room and two more sofas and the dining room. The table outside on the balcony is the place we have the most, as it gives a wider and more beautiful view of the farmhouse. Caseiro Alexandre super helpful!!! General We like it so much

We rented the residence to watch the Americana rodeo. The house is approximately a 20-minute drive away. It met our needs. We had a one-off situation during our stay, which was promptly resolved by the host in a very attentive and efficient manner. Communication was quick and we received the necessary support. The house is comfortable, exactly as described in the listing. We appreciate the host's care and responsibility for the well-being of the guests

Myself and my family have spent wonderful days! Gleine was super attentive in the negotiations and quick to respond to the messages - which was essential for us to close the location, as we had a setback with the reservation of another farm (on another platform) and we ended up having to decide everything on short notice. The place is simply wonderful! The outdoor area is very cozy, spacious and charming! Some of the host's care has caught our attention: mattresses and pillows with protective liners, offering sheets, pillows, blankets and white towels!!! Beyond the soaps and treats for my mother's 80th birthday! Well... we only have to thank for the welcome we have been given, for the days enjoyed in the family and for the affective memories that will be kept in our hearts!

We spent New Year's Eve at Airbnb with some friends and it was just amazing. Everyone was very well accommodated, and the experience was smooth and super pleasant. The place is extremely cozy, perfect for gathering loved ones. We took the opportunity to have a delicious barbecue, enjoyed the pool a lot and connected with nature in a very cozy environment. The host was exceptional, always attentive and with excellent communication, which made the stay even more special. We were delighted with everything and, without a doubt, we intend to return more often!

The stay in this house was very good and peaceful. A quiet neighborhood, the cozy place with lots of greenery, swimming pool, clean house with bed and bath linens available (at no additional cost), everything sanitized and packaged for peaceful use. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the host couple, who were very friendly, available, helpful and in a very good mood. They gave us instructions on lights, pool, use of appliances and other pertinent questions. I recommend this location.

Spotless apartment. Cozy space, all very clean. Super quiet neighborhood. Marcelo is a great host, he is helpful, leaves tips and responds quickly. The building has a grocery store that made it much easier for us. We like it very much, we will come back for sure!

It was all very clean and organized. It was also easy to check in and communication was very smooth and easy.

We love Tânia's house, the place is easy to access and conveys a lot of peace and quiet. We were positively surprised! Inside, a rustic siege decor. It contrasts with the simplicity of the nature of the exterior of the house. An extra point for the local housekeepers Jamile and Jean, we felt safer and were supported as much as we needed, but without losing the privacy we were looking for. Tania was very courteous! She changed the check-in time even if it was going to get in the way of her rotima. A great hostess, very attentive to details! We will definitely be back for more days, a great experience!

Chácara Nova, well cared for, cozy, served us super well. Priscila is an extremely attentive and proactive person, all questions and requests she made a point of being flexible and assisting us. It was a great stay, for sure in other opportunities we will rent again and will always indicate.

The farm is beautiful. Much more beautiful and absolutely larger than what you see in the pictures. Huge rooms. TV room and dining room together and huge. Excellent leisure area, swimming pool and barbecue area. The farm goes deep with the dam and has a very beautiful view, soccer field and vegetation. We recommend it to everyone. Lucas' Father received us with a lot of politeness and cordiality. Congratulations!

Wonderful stay, great house just like the photos. Location near markets and bakeries. The host Fabio is a great guy, gave us several tips to have a perfect stay and made us feel very comfortable! I highly recommend it!
