Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Americana

It was wonderful our stay! Very beautiful place, very well maintained, common and leisure space great to be with family and friends! It fits very well in the rooms!! Everything is very similar to the photos! In addition, we had great communication with Guilherme and were very well received by Tina! I highly recommend it without a doubt!

The accommodation was great. From the beginning, Emerson was helpful, he recommended and gave us Kátia's contact, she helped us with absolutely everything, recommended a chef, who did shopping for lunch and barbecue, answered our questions about Uber, supermarket, gave us instructions for check-in and check-out, went to the house to guide us and was always very pleasant. The house is very beautiful, sensational outdoor area. The only “defect” would be one of the rooms, which has two single beds, they seemed fragile and smaller (but the photos are real). Excellent stay, quiet neighborhood. I recommend it!

We rented the house to go to the Americana Rodeo and had an amazing experience. Easy to find, easy to find Uber, bars, market, pharmacy and fast food very close to the house. The house has absolutely EVERYTHING and even more than we need (everything we were looking for somewhere had hahha), Gabriel was very timely, gave tips on places, and was very flexible. It has a private area with a yard and barbecue that we were able to enjoy a LOT, especially for the barbecue, because it is a very nice space in the house. It was a very good experience, and if it's available, we'll be renting the house for the next rodeo. P.S.: Even the shower was very nice for the temperature and the cold it was (10°C). Lastly, super recommend.

Beatriz and Omar were always attentive and helpful. The location is excellent and the place is very quiet. The place was well arranged, clean and comfortable. I loved the Jade flowers that Beatriz takes care of with great affection. I'll be back more often. Would recommend.

This is the second time I've stayed in the cottages and I only have good things to say! The neighborhood is very good and close to the center. You can do everything by walk! It would surely come back !

The starry sky chalet is just like the photos, everything was very clean. Well-equipped and the shower is very good. Close to several tourist spots that you could walk to. The hostess is very kind and helpful, she responded immediately to messages.

We had an amazing experience during our stay! The house is exactly as shown in the photos – clean, well decorated, comfortable and with everything we needed to feel at home. The location is excellent, quiet and at the same time close to shops and everything we needed. Edu was extremely attentive and helpful from the beginning, always available to answer questions and ensure our stay was perfect. Small details, such as bedding, welcome treats, made all the difference! I recommend it for those looking for a cozy, well-kept place with great hospitality. I'd definitely come back! I really like the place. Easy check-in, clean and well-organized place. There was an induction stove, but there was no pan to use it, just this detail that I missed.

The stay was great. Good cost benefit, home well located for students and professors of Unicamp. Communication with Wal and Helio was excellent, always proactive and supportive. My room was super comfy, clean bathroom. Good shower. I managed to organize and use the garage. Good wifi network also for my studies. I thank you for your kindness during my stay.

great place, exactly like the photos and in front of PUC. I have only 2 points that could be improved. the refrigerator is too small for the number of rooms it has, and half of it is occupied by products sold by the company. The second point is that no face or floor towel is provided for the bathroom.

Apartment very well located, in a green and quiet area, but a few minutes by car from the center of Serra Negra. Great for resting and at the same time enjoying the city's attractions during the day.
