Our house is lovingly and modernly furnished. The garden is spacious with a beautiful fire pit and swing and trampoline for the little ones. A new gas grill and lounge furniture are available on the covered patio area. The highlight is the large whirlpool on the covered terrace. One bedroom is already equipped with an orthopedic sleeping system based on a box spring bed and from around March 1st we will be offering an orthopedic WATERBED as an additional highlight for our guests suffering from back pain. Der 2025 neu gebaute Wagen verfügt über einen Wohn- /Schlafbereich, ein separates Bad sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Der kleine Kamin lädt bei jedem Wetter zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ihr durch das Panoramafenster den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lasst.

Here, the clocks tick a little slower: Our lovingly renovated half-timbered house is located on the outskirts of Sumte, surrounded by meadows, fields and the unique landscape of the Elbe floodplain. Look forward to sunsets from the terrace, relaxing hours in the garden sauna and plenty of space for spending time with friends or family. The Elbe, Lake Sumter and numerous bike paths are only minutes away. If you like, you can discover the Elbe floodplain on an alpaca walk with our neighbor.

Rade has its own highway exit and access, making the highway exit easy to find even for those unfamiliar with the area. The cottage is located at the end of a private road in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac and stands apart. No vacation homes close to each other, no through traffic – just peace, nature and privacy. A stork's nest is in the immediate vicinity. The Elbe dike and the Elbe cycle path are 200 m away; two bicycles are available free of charge.

Pure idyll! You treat yourself to a break in the calm countryside! In a private house with 140 square meters. In the enclosed courtyard there is a pavilion, garden loungers and a large grill. You will stay on two floors in lovingly designed rooms. You can relax and explore the area, cycle, swim or paddle on the Aller. Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

The town center with shops is within walking distance in max. 10 minutes. Studio (approx. 30 m²) with private entrance, double bed (1.40 m), single bed (0.90 m) and private bathroom. The dining area with a fridge, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery. The garden is NOT dog-proof!! In the neighborhood, there is a company that can provide "acoustic impressions" during the week between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM. One dog costs a five-euro cleaning fee. There is no smoking indoors
