This house is situated on a street that has plenty of stores for all your basic needs, it's a short walk to major commercial outlets. I was teaching at Tec de Monterrey which was within easy walking distance. I was there for ten days, and in the middle Laura had cleaners come without additional cost to me. Laura was an excellent host, fast to respond, and always available to answer questions and address any concerns I had (I had none). If you are wanting to stay in the southern part of Mexico City, this is a great spot.

Excellent stay, the area is very well located, it is central, very close to many convenience stores, markets, establishments, restaurants and considerably close to the subway station, Copilco. A very recommended place, very comfortable, the room and spaces to be always clean, the place matches the photos, it is cozy, tidy, quiet, the hosts are always on the lookout and with all the willingness to support you in any doubt or situation, they are very friendly, very flexible, compressive, attentive, the truth is that if I highly recommend the stay if you are looking for an area to walk or if you want to stay very close to UNAM. A great option to stay.

This place is an absolute gem. We couldn’t have hoped for a more perfect accommodation during our weeks in Mexico City. The house is situated in the backyard of Mateo‘s and Ana‘s home, everything is decorated with attention to detail and a great sense of style. The house had everything we needed for our stay, which lasted several weeks. The neighborhood (Coyoacán) was our favorite in all of Mexico City as it is safe, has a lot of parks, restaurants and coffee places (and of course the Frida Kahlo Museum) but is not as gentrified as the north. Mateo and Ana are wonderful people and great hosts. I would 100% recommend this Airbnb.

The house is gorgeous!! Beautiful, perfectly located, spacious and just absolutely stunning home! Gabriel was very helpful, always responsive. Eli is a sweetheart, she was also very helpful and such a beautiful human being! Most definitely recommend and will return again.

My son and I had a wonderful stay at Randy’s place! The house was clean and very spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living/dining area, and comfortable beds. We had all the space we needed, and more—it could easily comfortably accommodate 4-6 people. The neighborhood felt safe and was reasonably quiet for a big city. There is a large supermarket and a pharmacy just a couple of blocks away, and the center of Coyoacán is an easy 20 minute walk through peaceful tree-lined streets flanked on either side by beautiful homes. Randy and his father-in-law, Pablo, were kind, warm, welcoming, and responsive hosts, very attentive to our needs, and provided some thoughtful tips for local restaurants to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

The apartment is very comfortable, and the surroundings are very quiet. You can easily walk to the Coyoacan square and restaurants, markets, and bars. I would stay at this Airbnb again when I return to Coyoacan!

My stay was amazing. It was everything I was looking for in my time in Mexico City. Loved the skylight shower and almost wrap around windows that not only let in amazing light during the day but provided the perfect opening for a cool breeze. Although I didn’t use it, having a full functioning kitchen is a plus in the space. In the mornings you are serenaded by the birds chirping. The garden entry is a warm welcome after a long day and lends to a great scent in the morning when heading out. The location is absolutely amazing. You are a short walk away from coffee shops, the frida museum, and the town plaza where there are plenty of options for eating out and having drinks or doing some local shopping. Raquel was super responsive and accommodating. If available, I will be renting this place again for my next stay in Mexico City.

This is a wonderful apartment in a magical part of Coyoàcan. Luci and Hector are lovely, respectful, and kind!

It was a pleasure to stay where Gunnar and Regina! Pros: - We always feel very comfortable! - The terrace is very nice. Overlooking the park, sounds of birds and sometimes squirrels. - The room also has a view of the park - We lent bikes (what a great gift!) - They thought about all the details. For example, the kitchen had all the necessary supplies for cooking (oil, vinegar, tea, spices etc.). - They separate recycling and have a water filter that prevented us from buying approximately 40 bottles of water during our stay. I wish all the Airbnb's were so friendly to the environment. Cons: - The dog they have is very aggressive. I would recommend that they move the grille so that there is at least 4-5 meters away between the entrance and the gate. There is no risk in itself, but it is uncomfortable to feel attacked every time we enter the house. - They only had 1 set of keys and, being 2 guests, we were quite complicated to coordinate for the house.

The place was better in person than the pictures, and the pictures are quite nice. I will definitely recommend and book it again.

Excellent department. A beautiful view. Many restaurants nearby, 7eleven to one side. Pharmacies close by that are very necessary. On an avenue, but quiet enough to rest. We felt right at home, we will definitely be back.

Very highly recommended! It is an excellent location right next to the metro with an Oxxo across the street, so super convenient. We also really appreciated having the added security of a front desk. The apartment itself is unbelievably spacious and the rooftop is such a nice bonus. It was roomy for two people but would be best for a family or a group of 4 people since there are two bedrooms and two baths. We also really loved the beautiful decorations showcasing the art and artisan work from around Mexico.

It is located in a very quiet area, ideal for resting, and the space is comfortable, clean and perfect for accommodating three people or even four. In addition, the location is very convenient, since there are shops and services nearby. I especially note the attention of the host, who was very kind and was attentive to us at all times. I would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend Begoña's apartment, she was always very kind, friendly and always attentive to the stay, making sure I felt comfortable and that nothing was missing. The apartment has a prime location, many shopping centers nearby, restaurants, accessible for walking. It was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities described in the listing. I would definitely stay there again.
