Stylish, renovated old building apartment in the heart of the old town of Freising, 5 min to the train station with bus connection to Munich Airport and S-Bahn/ train connection to Munich city center. The apartment is in the middle of the old town in a barely busy alley with a separate entrance. The apartment was renovated in 2018 with soundproof windows, new heating, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. Full kitchen equipped with fridge, two hotplates, coffee maker, kettle and cooking utensils.

I rent out a nice little apartment in the basement, about 38 m² and fully equipped. Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, 5 minutes by car to the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg approx. 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, Ingolstadt Village 10 minutes, to the Danube Gorge approx. 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park about 13 minutes. We have a Netto supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village.

Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.

Family-friendly apartments in Hallertau (Niederumelsdorf near Siegenburg), in a quiet location and close to the A93. Ideal base for trips to Regensburg, Ingolstadt, or Munich. In Siegenburg (4 km), you will find restaurants, shopping, and an outdoor swimming pool. For families, bicycles, toys, table tennis, foosball, and an outdoor play area are available. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus. 12 Kilometer von der A 9 Ausfahrt Allersberg. Zum Rothsee 12 Km. RMD Kanal 4,5 Km. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 600 Metern ( Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Supermärkte). Sehr schöner Marktplatz mit guten Speiselokalen 500 Meter entfernt.

The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.

The 1-room apartment is located in the attic. An elevator is available. Wi-Fi can be used. Direct shopping is within walking distance In the 1-room apartment there is a built-in kitchen, living room with TV, bathroom, bedroom with double bed 180 × 200 cm.
