Hello to our cozy, fully equipped apartment. This is newly renovated and newly furnished and quietly located. In the village, you will find a bakery, butcher and an inn. In the neighboring village there are more shopping facilities. The Altmühl Valley Cycle Path is a few 100 m away. Distance to Ingolstadt (about 25 km) Distance to Kelheim (about 30 km) Distance to Regensburg (about 56 km) Distance to Riedenburg (about 16 km) There are some attractions in the surrounding area.

I rent out a nice little apartment in the basement, about 38 m² and fully equipped. Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, 5 minutes by car to the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg approx. 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, Ingolstadt Village 10 minutes, to the Danube Gorge approx. 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park about 13 minutes. We have a Netto supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village.

Nearby are many water sports such as diving, SUP, windsurfing, wakeboarding or just swimming, hiking and cycling. The proximity to the Naab also makes it very attractive for anglers. A country inn with a beautiful beer garden is right across the street. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

There is a spacious kitchen-living room , 1 bedroom and daylight bathroom with corner bath and balcony with seating. "Digital Detox" is our top priority (conscious waiver of wifi). The apartment has a LAN connection. A car parking is just in front of the house. A public playground is right across the property. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and animal-free.

The property is located on the first floor in a former farmhouse with free parking in front of the house. Garage parking, as well as charging facilities for electric cars are possible on request. The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
