The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

My 90 sq m apartment is located in the basement of a centrally located villa. The apartment is exclusively for your use and has direct access from the outside. It features two bedrooms (one with two single beds and the other with three), a kitchen with a sofa, TV, and dining area, and a bathroom with a shower. Free Wi-Fi is included. Free parking is available on the street 80 meters away, and a parking garage is 20 meters away.

Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

Enjoy warm hospitality in our cozy apartment with a family atmosphere. The location is ideal: swimming pool, sauna and shops are within walking distance. The historic Ronneburg Castle and the old BUGA grounds with two beautiful parks are very close, perfect for walking and relaxing. Our second apartment on Clara-Zetkin Street is in sight and together they can accommodate up to 8 people.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
