A variety of restaurants, cafés and shops are all within easy walking distance and the town's churches, the harbour, the German Maritime Museum and the Ozeaneum are right around the corner.

Shell Diver Vacation Home

The Muscheltaucher vacation home (80 sqm) is a thatched-roof house with underfloor heating, a wood-burning stove, and a sauna (built in 2020). It offers upscale, tasteful, and cozy furnishings. A heat pump provides heating and hot water (green electricity from EWS Schönau). Wi-Fi and Netflix are provided free of charge. Animal-free non-smoking house. Not suitable for small children: The bedroom is on the upper floor and is only accessible via stairs without a safety gate.

In the bathroom on the upper floor there is a rain shower and a bathtub with fantastic views. The spacious dining area in the basement with fireplace invites you to relax. And in the cold season, you can relax perfectly in the sauna! Come and discover the beach and so much more!

Collect relaxing moments and great memories between waves and wellness! In our spacious but cozy bungalow you can spend an unforgettable time with the whole family - not far from Devin Beach (about 200 m) or the nearby recreational area of the Devin Peninsula (800 m). In the large sauna overlooking the garden or directly by the fire bowl, the evenings can be spent very comfortably. The location is perfect for excursions to Stralsund or the island of Rügen.

Shopping, restaurants, and public transportation are easily accessible on foot.

The absolute highlight: the 20 sqm roof terrace with a breathtaking view over the rooftops of the city to the Strelasund and the Rügenbrücke.

The apartment "Steernkieker" is located in an outbuilding on a spacious, private garden property with a pond. Relax on your sun terrace or start to Mecklenburg – Western Pomerania's most popular attractions. The historic old town of Stralsund (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is about 10 km away. In the immediate vicinity are the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee as well as the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula with its long white sandy beaches.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

Güterloft Altefähr

Güterloft Altefähr was built in 1936 to the Altefähr train station, which has existed since 1883. It served as a storage and recharging station and was extensively renovated in 2022. As far as the preservation of monuments allows, sustainability and accessibility were taken into account during the renovation, so the building is equipped with a heat pump and can be accessed with low barriers via its renewed ramp.

The manor house offers an unforgettable stay with its charming apartments and lovingly designed representative rooms. Enjoy your stay in the lovingly furnished and spacious Georg suite. The suite, named after the last landlord, has two bedrooms, a large kitchen-living room and a bathroom with shower and freestanding bathtub, all with its 85 m². From here you can let your gaze wander over the entire estate.
