Das Stadtzentrum ist ca.2,1 km entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind in unmittelbarer Nähe gelegen. Für Kinder gibt es mehrere Spielplätze in der Nähe und auch die Anbindung auf die Insel Rügen ist sehr günstig gelegen. Nicht nur Zwei- auch Vierbeiner sind bei uns herzlich willkommen.

Altefähr - Seebad auf Rügen am Strelasund

Das Seebad Altefähr liegt auf Deutschlands größter Insel Rügen, am Strelasund gelegen und fast ganzjährig per Fähre direkt mit der historischen Hafenstadt Stralsund gegenüber verbunden. Das Haus ist Teil des Ferienparks Sonnengarten, gerade zwei Jahre alt und mit modernster Ausstattung. Unsere Haushälfte hat über 80 Quadratmeter auf zwei Etagen und ist damit der größte Haustyp, mit Platz für fünf Personen. Altefähr ist ein Ort für Wassersport, Angler, jede Form von Aktivurlaub - und Strand.

Schlafbereich mit einem Doppelbett. Selbstverständlich sind alle Räume einschließlich des Flures alleinig zu nutzen. Parkmöglichkeit auf Anfrage. Der Bahnhof und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Diese wären: Altstadt, Ozeaneum, Meeresmuseum, Hafen, Kirchen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und vieles mehr.

This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. The sun-drenched apartment is two blocks from the harbor & Oceaneum to the east and, city hall/old market square to the west. Diese Maisonette Wohnung ist mitten in der Stralsunder Altstadt.

Der Bungalow ist liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, eine Sommerküche auf der Terrasse und einen Kamin. Im Garten steht eine Feuerstelle für gemütliche Abende. Die Hafenstadt Stralsund und die Insel Rügen sind bequem erreichbar. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ostsee-Erkundungen.

Güterloft Altefähr

Güterloft Altefähr was built in 1936 to the Altefähr train station, which has existed since 1883. It served as a storage and recharging station and was extensively renovated in 2022. As far as the preservation of monuments allows, sustainability and accessibility were taken into account during the renovation, so the building is equipped with a heat pump and can be accessed with low barriers via its renewed ramp.

A bakery is just around the corner for fresh breakfast rolls. Parking is available for a fee across the street and free parking can be found near the train station. The apartment has been lovingly furnished and offers space for 2 to 3 guests.
